What a tremendous class! I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for having me join. Most of the things you discussed, I've contemplated before, yet this really gave me an opportunity to understand the concepts on a deeper level and also in a more structured manner i.e. how they each relate to one another. I can appreciate that. One thing that struck me as new - or at least, I understood in a whole new way - was about the new energy and how it can work in ways other than just the patterns of positive, negative and neutral. I visualized a ball that emanates out in all directions at once (I saw multiple vectors). I could understand how, based on that dynamic, things can also shift more quickly and/or can create a greater impact or effect. In any case, I took a lot of notes and I'll be reviewing them in the future!

The meditations were wonderful. I have to say that you do truly create a safe space and you allow the energies to flow in marvelous ways. I didn't realize just how altered my consciousness was until I got up for our break... I think that's why I was having difficulty verbalizing my thoughts. When the other person spoke about feeling dizzy in those altered states, I realized how you hold both a higher consciousness and a mental focus simultaneously. That's very advanced work!

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed and got out of your class today! I hope you felt it went well, too. It's not just the information you gave; your presentation came across as an artform. Beautiful!
