Releasing Old Energies for Yourself and Mankind

I greet you Beloved Family. I come into this space where each of you is physically located. I come into your space with my arms wide open to embrace you, support you, and to be a means that allows you to express who you are, what you are feeling, and all that is moving through your life.

There is a great change that is occurring upon the earth. It is focused in the Southern United States. But the waves of shifting energy will be felt around the world.

Transformation comes in many different forms. Sometimes, it is very painful. Sometimes, it affects thousands. We welcome and embrace all who transitioned through this experience. We also support and embrace all who have survived and the changes it is bringing to their lives. We support and embrace all who are there and physically involved in what is happening. And then, taking a step back from all of that, from within the space where each of you are living your lives, from the ways in which you connect with me and with the other angels and lights; we support and embrace everything that is occurring. We hold the balance. We hold the belief in the divine perfection of all that occurs. We hold the love that we feel for each one of you and for all of humanity as it moves through its shifts and changes.

I can feel how each one of you are opening your heart even further, allowing the love to flow. And whether you do, or do not do, anything else on the physical plane in regards to what has occurred, this is having an impact. You are having an impact by believing and realizing that this is all about love, about manifesting love, and seeing how it will evolve as we move forward.

There were a great many energies that were released, just as after the tsunami. With the flow of the wind and the flow of the water, it was very cleansing. We acknowledge all of this and we place the firm understanding of the perfection of all that occurs around these energies. I caution each of you when working with this to feel the compassion that is so much a part of being human; to be in awareness while you hold and maintain the space of trust and love.

All right, Family. Allow yourself to shift, allowing your consciousness to release your physical body. Allow yourself to move into the space of the magnetic grid. As you connect with the gridwork, you may sense or know the patterns that are available. You may feel as if you are connecting with an aspect of yourself which is within this grid. You may spend time here or continue on.

There is an inner-locking grid that is a blend between the magnetic grid and the crystalline grid which is a step further out, or a shift into a different dimension than the magnetics. As you move fully into the crystalline energy, you leave behind the magnetic pull of the earth. You leave behind the density. You find yourself aligning and connecting with these crystalline energies as they align and connect with your consciousness.

From here, you may call forth a column of light. This light is a means of assisting you as you shift or move from one space to another. Allow yourself to move through this column until you arrive in the space of the soul plane. As you connect within this space, you may feel as if you expand in every direction. It may give you a sense of coming home. This is your space to reconnect with your divinity.

As you are ready to do so, call forth your I AM Presence. Many of you find that you automatically blend with it as soon as you arrive here. If this has not yet occurred, be open to connect and blend completely with who you are. Perceive your depth. Perceive your light, your vibration. Be aware that you may receive all sorts of information through connecting with who you Are.

At the beginning of your journey for the evening, ask to know if there is more within yourself, more within your divinity or soul essence that you should become aware of so that you will be more fully conscious of this aspect of yourself during the journey. You are all ready to move into a space of deeper connection. Open to become aware of what that may be for you.

I make my presence known to you by moving through, connecting and blending with each of you. As you feel my presence, you may see me as an image, as a light, or you may simply feel me as I connect and blend with you more fully.

As you blend with my energies, you find yourself immediately shifting into the space you know of as the All That Is. This is a space that you are very familiar with. You are very comfortable with it just as you are the soul plane. It is a finer vibration. It allows you to perceive from a deeper aspect within yourself. It allows you to align with the higher vibration of the guides with whom you are working or yourself. Within the All That Is there are many subtle shifts that are in existence.

Each of you are aligning at the space in which you most comfortably vibrate so that you may blend; so that you may know what this is. Look around you. You will notice that there are many guides, energies of light, angels who are present within this space.

Tonight is going to be about releasing. Just as so many energies were released upon your physical earth, any of you who reads or experiences this journey was linked to those energies in one form or another.

So allow yourself to create a space where you are in communication with these guides or angels who are with you. We see some of you as if you sit down to a table. As if you sit down and have created trees or the ocean or something around you in support of you. This guide or angel who is with you is going to assist you in becoming aware of what you may have already released, or what has been awaiting your conscious release.

Allow yourself to expand your consciousness. Feel as if your consciousness is breathing; as if it?s feeling a flow of energy that is moving through your consciousness. And with this flow of energy you will receive perceptions. Open and receive what has been released for you. This may come to you as a very generalized idea, or it may come to you as something very specific.

I also sense that some of you are tapping into some of the collective consciousness and it?s more of a generalized feeling rather than something that was a part of your own personal experience. Whatever comes to your mind, allow yourself to acknowledge a release. Let it come up for you, and then let it flow away from you.

As you are doing this within yourself allow yourself to bring to mind anything within your life as you are living it currently that you are ready to release. Allow the thought process to come up into your consciousness. You can acknowledge it and then it can be released. The flow of energy is divine. The flow of energy is about Love.

Now, there is still some energy which is somewhat in limbo and ready to be released. I ask you each, if you perceive this energy, to acknowledge it and let it go whether it is for you or someone else. With the storm and all that occurred upon your earth, that is what released from your physical plane. But it was left somewhat stagnant on this non-physical plane and through what each of you has done, you have released your own connection to that and you have released the others? connections for those people who may or may not be fully conscious of it. I thank you for this.

As tonight is about release, again, perceive your life, perceive who you are. Perceive if there is anything else which you are ready to release. Let it flow away from you. Release through love. Release through acceptance. Feel your love. Feel who you Are. Feel the perfection which is you. Become aware of how radiant you are and the shift which has occurred within your consciousness.

With all that is taking place it was almost as if it came to a culmination of events. You are releasing these residual aspects that were a part of your life or consciousness. You are opening to accept balance. You are opening to accept greater love. The time is right for each one of you to step into a new plane of existence.

I therefore ask you to become aware of the angels or guides who are again in this space with you. You may have always been fully aware of them, or it may have been as if they shifted from your focus as you were in the process of releasing.

As you become aware, they have a gift for you. Feel as if you are opening to receive that gift. It may be energetic. It may be something that you can visualize. It may be a symbol. For some, we perceive a scepter, a cloak, a crown. No matter what is given to you realize that it is what you have created for yourself. You have created it through your experiences upon the earth. You have created it by ascending to a new space. You have created it by opening to receive. Allow your gift to become more fully a part of your consciousness. Allow your gift to be what you are open and ready to receive.

There is a personal message for each one of you. Open to receive your message.

Oh, my Beloved Family. As I perceive each of you opening within yourself, accepting your gift, acknowledging your personal message, you are each transforming in front of my eyes. You are growing. You are allowing this to become your reality.

As you take this in and create a deeper alignment for yourself, you may feel as if your energy is flying free. This is your time within these higher realms. This is your time to practice who you are with these new energies. Allow your joy and excitement to flow freely. It flows through you, around you. It is the expression of who you are.

As you are ready to do so, feel yourself coming back within your space. Feel yourself once again connecting with this guide or energy that you were working with earlier. They have one final transmission of energy they wish to share with you. You will notice this on many of your journeys. You take in what you can, you allow it to become aligned with you, and then you can open to more. We sense that some are receiving a rewiring in their electrical bodies. We sense others are experiencing a pure sense of love, contentment, peace. Know that you have shifted. Know that you are in a space of complete balance. Know who you Are.

Come back and form a group energy. There is a difference to the synergy of this group. You have each moved into a different plane of existence. You do not need to actually send forth from you your energy or light. It is automatically a part of the group because you come to be within this group. You realize that when you come together in the space of a group energy how each of you are blending with the other. Therefore, each of you is able to create or feel an alignment between your journey and theirs. Perhaps the gift that the person who is another part of this group received is a gift that will also influence you; just as yours will influence others.

No one is completely separated from everyone else. There is a sense of celebration. You each are able to bring your perceptions into this space. Allow yourself to open up now that we will perceive the hologram of the earth as it comes up into and becomes immersed in these energies which are you. As you perceive the hologram you may sense there is a difference. That difference is twofold. It is due to the release of energies which occurred. And it is due to your higher perception, or your higher alignment of vibration.

From within, Lady Gaia will emerge to speak with you. She comes directly from this hologram of the earth so that it may be a very grounding aspect of who she is. She emerges coming forth. She allows herself to connect with each of you. I will step back and allow her to communicate with you directly.

Lady Gaia speaks:

Greetings, Beloved Family! I greet you. I reach out to connect with each of you. I reach out that I may share my innermost thoughts with you at this time. From my perception, the earth is in a constant state of change and evolution. There are certain experiences which stand out more so than others.

The hurricane which recently came through, as my sister the Goddess explained, was about cleansing, was about releasing energies. And this we feel you are all well aware.

Let me take it a step further so that even those of you who may not feel the same connection to this location upon the earth, or this experience, can realize that the energies needing to be released covered many different aspects going back into the time of Atlantis. The energies that were released were about control, submission, slavery, and other acts that humans have chosen to perpetrate against other humans. This is not located in one part of the world. This is something which has occurred worldwide. But the release that has occurred as a result of this profound hurricane is affecting the energies around these emotions or experiences.

Therefore, you will see changes in all parts of the world as a result of this. We have talked many times about the earth shifting dimensions. Many people have an idea of what that means to them. Those of you who are involved in this type of energy work are already living and moving between a number of different dimensions. You each recognize that you are at this time in the minority.

With the releasing that occurs with these natural opportunities for growth is what is allowing the third dimensional people to move into the fourth. It?s allowing the physical earth plane to move into the fourth. I know and recognize that many of you are already living in that space so it will become more comfortable for you. Many of you will find that manifestation will flow more easily for you. Change is here. Change is occurring. Be open to receive.

I, too, can send my compassion and my love for all who were directly affected. For all my brothers and sisters who are in war. For all my brothers and sisters who are in captivity of one form or another. I can send and share my compassion with you. I honor the journey, but I also embrace and acknowledge the shift that occurred for the entire world. I am ready for my part as it evolves.

As always, I encourage each of you to connect with me, to perhaps blend with me or perhaps call on me. You may do so with your intention. You may do so when you walk upon the grass; lean against a tree; smell a flower; walk in the waters. I am all around you. Open to receive.

I move through the group, embracing each of you. I thank you for all that you do. I embrace the balance that emanates from each of you and the greater balance that is emanating from the earth. I am always present for you.

All right, Beloveds. You have it directly from Lady Gaia. Be aware that you are having an impact. Infuse your balance, your peace, your contentment, your gift into the earth or this hologram of the earth. Observe the earth as it rotates and sparkles.

As the time is right, the earth returns into the physical plane. You may see it as it moves. It may move down through a column or it may just move as this evolving ball of light. As it connects with the magnetic grid, there is an aspect that surrounds the physical earth. The core essence, though, continues on until it moves into the physical earth going into the center and then radiating out from there.

Be aware of who you Are. Be aware of the love that comes from you, surrounds you and flows in whatever direction you?d like.

Allow yourself to shift your awareness away from the physical earth, looking out towards the universe or the omniverse. See how this is creating a new alignment or a new shift that moves throughout the universe. This you can become aware of. You may play a part in it. It can be as much or little as you to choose for it to be. The energies are having an impact. It is creating an alignment. Allow that to flow through you and you may also feel or perceive a response coming back to you. Be open to receive.

Alright, Beloved Family. Allow your focus to come back within yourself. Release the awareness of the All That Is. Release your link with the other individuals. Allow yourself to shift into the space of the soul plane, allowing this space to expand in whatever way it may need to accommodate your energies.

As you become acclimated to this space, you may choose to create a hologram of your physical body as it is upon the earth. Reach out to blend with this physical body. Reach out to blend and connect completely with who you choose to manifest as upon the earth. Accept who you are. Accept your experiences. Perceive from the space of your soul the perfection of who you are. It can be no different as you walk through your days. As you embrace, you fully integrate your divinity within your physical body.

As you become ready to do so, you may sense yourself shifting, releasing the energy of the soul plane. You are taking with you as much of your divinity as is able to be in alignment with the physical vibration of your earth. Allow this consciousness this aspect of yourself to link with the energies of the crystalline grid. As you are coming into this space, become aware of the shift in vibration. You may sense a greater sparkle, a greater light. You may sense or perceive more crystals than were there before. Indeed, they most likely were already there, but of a vibration where you were not able to perceive them.

Take in whatever information is yours to have at this time. As you are ready, move through that interlocking grid that you may become aligned with the magnetic gridwork as it surrounds the earth. Your alignment here is assisting it in shifting. It is assisting it in creating an alignment to the vibration of who you are at this time. I also have a sense that many of you are assisting in transmitting or allowing energies of this magnetic grid, which are ready to be upgraded to a higher vibration. You are assisting that in occurring.

As you are ready to do so, you may allow yourself to shift back within your physical body. Allow yourself to become grounded. Allow yourself to become fully present within your physical body. Become aware of your expanded consciousness. Become aware of your shift in vibration. Allow yourself to become very grounded and present within your physical environment. As you are ready to do so, you may come back into the room by pressing four upon your telephone and I am open to receive your questions.

Question (paraphrased): I have been doing a lot of release work recently. I am wondering what steps to take next on my path.

Goddess: As we connect with you, we recognize and honor you for the work that you have done. Much of it has been a culmination of a long time coming. There is a great deal that you have chosen to transition in this lifetime, much of it is associated with past lifetimes. So you do what you can do with each period in your life. It is as if now you have let go of so much that was that past, that heaviness, that was very much a part of creating who you were for that aspect of your life. And so, as you shifted during the journey tonight, you did open, you accepted this higher vibrational aspect of your life and that is what you are manifesting in your life. It is as if you have a clean slate ahead of you. We do still see you in a means of communication. We do still see you working with writing. We sense several things. We sense that there are two different publishing companies coming to mind that may be interested in hiring you as in the form of an editor, in which case you would be working with other people?s written word. But you have a capacity to do this. You have a way of seeing what is behind the written word and then assisting people in shifting it in such a way that makes it more understandable if it isn?t presented like that. Our sense is that this is now becoming much more to the forefront than what it has been in the past. We have always seen it as a potential for you, but it is shifting and coming much more to the front. In addition, we also see you as very creative and having a great deal that you can share through the written word, be it in articles, a book, a screenplay. We see many different things that are catching your interest. And so we ask you to explore this. We are also being shown that there are three or four things that you will begin but not necessarily complete, and it?s not about completing the project, it?s about what you learn through each aspect of whatever these projects may be. So don?t be hard on yourself. Allow yourself to realize that you are creating a new space for yourself, you are moving into a shift and our sense is that this is not fully formed yet but the overriding aspect of it is still about communication, and the written word, and about expressing yourself in such a way. Does that make sense? [Yes. The shift tonight has been very helpful.] Indeed, there is a great deal that takes place in these higher planes, especially when you are there with these group energies and each of you are supporting the other that allows each of you to go in and reconnect at an even greater depth within yourself. That is why you felt it as a greater depth of release for yourself. So, too, be aware beloved that you did open and integrate a higher vibrational aspect of yourself. Be aware, that there will be more and more perceptions that are coming to you. Accept these perceptions as your reality if they resonate with you. Accept them and whereas you have always questioned yourself in the past, release the questioning. Be in a space of acceptance because that is where it is coming from, is you divinity. Question (paraphrased): I felt the gift I got in this channel was increased love. It felt like goo and that I was accepting it and it transformed me. But I also noticed was that as I was accepting the goo, the goo itself was also transforming! It was really interesting. Can you give me any further insights about this?

Goddess: Oh, Beloved Daughter, we embrace you as we are saying this and we can feel energies so much behind the words and the Goddess and Shelly, we are both sitting here and smiling over your words of ?goo?, reflecting love as goo and then refined goo. How delightful the turn of phrase. But indeed, what that is showing to you is how you can open to something new and when it is not fully in alignment with who you are you can perceive it in many different ways. And then when you opened further to refine it that is exactly what you were doing so it is now vibrating at a level that is in complete alignment with who you are and you have fully integrated this within yourself. Beloved, your journey for so long has been about allowing yourself to open to love and when you open to it within yourself and for yourself that creates the security within you that will then allow you to open up and allow someone else to share their love with you. Many people have seen this in you, but until you could see it for yourself, you did not acknowledge it in someone else. Does that make sense to you? [Yes.] We thank you for your acknowledgement of your journey tonight. Of course, your guides are here with me as I speak and they bow to you and they embrace you and say it was a pleasure to be a part of your process. Indeed, it is my pleasure also. Question (paraphrase): I feel not quite present, having just returned from the journey. I don?t have a specific question.

Goddess: Beloved, we hear what you are truly saying, so what we would like for you to do at this time is to focus. We are assisting you, we are downloading the energy and we are holding a space for you or flowing a space for you. So allow yourself to simply breathe very deeply, slow, deep, gentle breaths. And with every breath that you are taking in feel yourself becoming aligned in your physical body. Feel your expanded consciousness creating an alignment with your physical body so that you will be fully present in the moment. So you will not feel that distraction you were feeling as if oh, where is my body, where?s my mind, where is everything. So that you can all be together as one. So that it can all be one -- the human aspect that is sitting in your room. We are here in assisting you with this and you are bringing it into manifestation. Now, as for your journey tonight, you were quite busy. You did release a great deal of energy that you have been working on for a number of months. But you also took this as an opportunity to open up to this greater aspect of yourself and you are an individual who when you go into something new, you?re like, okay, give me everything at once, rather than taking it piecemeal. What you have brought back with you is a much more expanded consciousness. It is more than what you are used to consciously working with. So allow it to integrate within you. Allow yourself to drink plenty of water as you are integrating. But simply [utilize] your breath work. Flowing the energy through you with every breath that you take will create a greater alignment and it will create a grounding mechanism for yourself. How do you feel now, Beloved? [I am much more present now.] We thank you for being a part of this group. We thank you for expressing that because there are others who have similar experiences and by you bringing it up, it will allow others to read about it and they will say, oh, okay, breathing drinking, things like that are the means of creating a greater alignment and acknowledging this higher aspect of yourself that is coming in. We thank you, Beloved.

Question (paraphrased): I did feel the electrical reworking tonight as I did the meditation. I am becoming aware that the passions I had are now fading and I feel a sense of emptiness with that. What is that about?

Goddess: Alright, Beloved. Be aware that everything that happens in your life is for a reason. We realize that you already know that. When you speak of your passions that you were feeling and what you felt was your purpose in life and your purpose in coming to earth at this time, that that?s what you have been doing. You have been working towards creating and manifesting in your life. Then to feel as if you begin to slowly lose interest in that, for some of you, it?s as if you wake up one day and wonder, where am I? This is not what I thought it would be. Or, it may be, okay, this is what I thought I wanted, but guess what, I don?t really want it. It?s not that there is anything right or wrong about it. And this is what we sense with you, Beloved. You have gotten everything out of that experience and indeed it was one of the potentials that you put forth before you manifested into this lifetime. So, now that you have gotten what you needed out of it it?s time for you to begin to look and see, okay, what?s something new to do. It is no mistake that this journey tonight was a means of releasing that allowed you to let go of that contract that you had. You can let go that contract because you have done what you needed to do with it. Then as you opened up to this higher aspect of your consciousness, what you were doing is opening up to a greater potential. You were shifting your energy field to align with something new and different for yourself. In so doing, what you are doing is opening up to that potential within your physical plane. It begins in your creation in the higher realms, and then you manifest your creations in your physical or your daily life.

As to where you are right now, we encourage you to simply be in the moment to recognize and honor what you have done with your life up till now. Be aware that you are opening to new potentials, some of these potentials you have an idea of. Other of these potentials are as yet undecided to you or it may not have yet come fully to your consciousness. What we say to you is you have a great deal of creative ability and you are definitely working with other individuals and we see you continuing to work with other people, be it in a healing mode, be it in a communication mode. There are many different energies that are flying around you at this time. So, take time to simply be who you are. Take time, if your human body needs it, to release what no longer needs to be your focus. As you are doing this, you will begin to find what is of interest to you. See where that takes you. Does that make sense to you, Beloved? [Thank you very much.] You are welcome.

Question (paraphrased): Could you comment about my romantic relationship which doesn?t seem very reciprocal. I would like to have more balance in a relationship.

Goddess: We see you at a crossroads right now. We see you as having a great deal of change in your life coming on many different levels. And when it comes to this personal relationship, there was closure that needed to be put to this relationship before you could move forward to something else that would be more fulfilling to you. Our sense is that it was important for you to reconnect with him, for you to have this relationship as it is right now. Will it be something long-term? Or will it be all that you will manifest? Absolutely not. You are still creating who you are. You are still shifting into greater potentials for yourself. And there is a great deal of flux that is occurring around you at this time. Do what feels comfortable to you. Give in the relationship what feels comfortable for you to give. There is an aspect of you which is not as open to receive as it might be and that is part of what is happening with this individual. So as you can accept, be it assistance or love, or whatever it may be from this person, or as you can accept a sense of worthiness within yourself then you will have a new perception of this relationship and you can fully let it go and then you can open and receive something new within your life. So open to accept these changes within yourself. Open to acknowledge and honor who you are. That in turn will shift your perception of the world around you. Does that make sense to you, Beloved? [Will this possibly become a friendship?] That is entirely a possibility. [Does the romantic have more potential?] At this point, it is unclear. We sense you withdrawing from the relationship. Therefore, we sense the romantic aspect may not last much longer. But there is free will and it is your choice and we wish to remind you that it is about you loving yourself and about you accepting who you are. [Thank you, Goddess.] You are welcome.

Question (paraphrased): This evening, I got a huge aching in my third eye during the journey. What does this signify?

Goddess: Indeed, the achiness that you are feeling in your third eye is about the physical body opening up in that chakra center, or that energy center. It was not only focused in your third eye though, also in the back of your head, your head center, and your throat center. All of those upper chakras that are within your physical body had a deep impact on the energies that you were bringing in tonight. We sense that you are going to be much more visual in the way that you receive information. We sense that you are going to be feeling that actual movement in your third eye area or the back of your head, the top of your head, in the days and weeks to come. You may find yourself just going about your business of your daily life and suddenly you?ll feel pressure there or a sensation there. What is happening is you are receiving information through your third eye so take in a breath, connect with it, and see what perception you receive, be it an image, a visual. There is definitely a visual link to it, but you will also get a feeling for what that vision represents. Does that make sense to you? [Yes.] Very good, Beloved. As we said with all of you tonight, you each chose to take the step into a higher experience or alignment within yourself. We appreciate you opening and accepting what is there for you to receive. You are doing beautifully, Beloved, and you are very welcome.

Question (paraphrased): Will I be moving soon into a better environment, or should I work with were I am now to bring in higher energies and perceptions?

Goddess: We sense several things as you are speaking of this. There are still many different aspects of yourself that are not ready to leave so we don?t sense a shift to physically move to a different environment in your immediate future. You have answered your own question by saying so do I shift the energies around where I am right now? That is what we sense you are now doing, whether or not you are conscious of it. You are shifting the energies. You are creating a space for alignment with what you are seeking to manifest within your life. You are bringing it into your life. While it?s so easy to get caught up in the focus or the experience of the daily life or the individuals and what they may be saying to you or doing, all of that is always very prevalent or present in your physical experience. But indeed, you are creating many changes. You are creating this shifting in the environment. Allow yourself to trust that it is happening. We sense a potential that you will be leaving and living in another situation. We see you moving in with a friend. We see in the energy field around you now, whether it is someone you are conscious of or unconscious of, we see you changing your living situation. It doesn?t seem something that will happen eminently. By creating the shift around yourself, and each time that? we see someone talking, and it?s as if you see the mouth moving but you don?t hear the words that are coming out of the mouth. You shift yourself into a different vibration so that you are not hearing what is being said, it is not affecting you. It just moves right past you. [She chuckles.] It is happening and working more than you realize. So just continue to focus on breathing in your own evolution. Breathing in and moving out from you the shifting of energies so that you may create the space in which you can complete all that you need to do with this individual and this whole situation and that will allow you to move when the time is right. [Will I be happier in this new location?] Well, why else would you move? [person elaborates] You can choose to be affected and caught up with it on a daily basis, or you can choose to acknowledge it and say, alright, I acknowledge that this is my experience now, but I am now choosing to breathe in my own light. I?m choosing to breath in love. This is where your mental body is constantly making choices as to how you go through your day. See if there is a way that you can choose to bring more fun into your life. How would you accept that? Continue to be who you are. Continue to breathe in your divinity, and continue to let that manifest in the way that is the perfection for you. [Person speaks]. Alright, Beloved. Thank you.

Alright, Family. We will bring this time together to a close. I thank you each for being a part of this process, for being a part of this journey. I commend you on the choices that you make with your life and on this shift that has occurred as a result of your journey tonight.

You are each divine. You are each filled with a luminous love and a light. You are your divinity.
