These channels are for you to read and participate in. You will find that each journey is unique and different; therefore they may each be read and utilized individually rather than in a particular order. There are certain months in which they build upon each other in which case you may choose to read them together. Allow yourself to browse through the titles and open to feel which one you may be drawn to read.
Be aware that even though these channels were received at a particular date and time, you may still experience them in the now moment. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and connect with the energies before you begin to read. When you are reading the channels you will find a question and answer session following the channeled journey. These are the questions put forth by the people who participated in the channel by calling into the teleconference. Some of questions are very personalized others could apply to many different people. As you look at the question being asked, you may see something that resonates with you. As you read the answer given by the Goddess, let your consciousness open to receive an answer which is specific for you.
The earth is moving through the Quantum Shift or the Quantum Leap; which is the earth's process of moving into the fourth dimension. You will find that the channels speak of the magnetic and crystalline grid works. The magnetic grid is what surrounds the earth and in part encompasses the astral plane. This grid also incorporates many of the highly evolved energies available to the earth at this time. Your higher self resides within this space. As you leave behind the energies of the magnetic pull of the earth, you encounter the crystalline grid. This is completely different; it is a pure crystalline energy or vibration. The more that we incorporate or manifest the crystalline energies upon the earth; the more these two grids are blending.
The Goddess speaks of the soul plane. This is a plane of existence or a dimension in which your I AM presence resides. This is a place for you to reconnect with your divinity. You may also link with other individuals in a soul to soul manner from within this space.
The All That Is is an even higher, finer vibration than the soul plane. This is the collective consciousness of the universe. This is a place of creation. Much of the journey takes place from within the All That Is. The energy is completely nurturing, loving, and gentle; while it can also be very dynamic, powerful and strong.

The Love within Your Heart; Discerning Your Energies from Others
Tools for Manifesting within Your Life
"There is always a flow of giving and receiving in every manifestation."
Within the space of the All That Is, the Goddess assists everyone in creating their ‘room of creation'. You are given tools for manifesting and then there are practices for manifesting in several areas of your life. The process begins with you creating in the All That Is, where your consciousness is expanded and you are in unlimited potential. She then assists you in shifting what you are manifesting onto the earth plane, into your life.
The Goddess begins by talking about relationships; what you seek to have, what works for you now, what doesn't work for you. You also consider communication in your relationships. How has communication or lack of communication affected relationships in the past? Perhaps you are seeking relationships with people to expand your business, this is another way work with these relationships.
In addition, you are creating your dreams... this may come from what you day dream about or something practical you are seeking to have. The Goddess will walk people through manifesting these dreams, where you live, abundance or perhaps love in your life. The universe is in alignment to assist you in having all you seek to have. In this manner you are creating from love, abundance, joy and unlimited potential.
You may create in the All That Is, but it's essential to then shift all you seek to have into your daily life. You will also want to consciously align with your manifestation. Then the next step is send out and receive; all within the alignment of what you seek to have or any individuals you seek to meet.
Connnecting to the Flame within Your Soul Essence
Another aspect of this channel was about disconnecting from the collective consciousness of the earth. Everyone is automatically wired or connected because that is the way we are all made. Because the collective consciousness spans such a large range of energies and emotions; it can keep you pushed off balance or out of your center if you are not focused within. Therefore if you consciously choose to disconnect, what will happen is that you draw in a greater amount of your own divinity which strengthens you, assists you in focusing and allows for more of your divinity to reside within you upon the earth.
Lastly, she spoke of the energies within the phrase Nama Sika - I am the one; Venia Benya - I am the whole. Especially as you are seeking to find your center, by stating Nama Sika when in the space of the All That Is; you will merge more fully with your I AM presence.
ReUnite Within Yourself
Your divinity resides within you as a flame or perhaps as a spark. Once you become very aware of what this is, you will find it's a source for inner peace, contentment and self awareness. From that flame, you will then be able to blend with each of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Through this experience you reunite these various aspects within yourself.
The next step for that is for you to then return to your I AM presence. From there you have the opportunity to reunite other lifetimes into your core essence of your soul! In this manner the blending, reuniting, merging go very deeply within and radiate out into this lifetime and others.

Re-Uniting Aspects of Melchezidek: Buddha, Jesus, Abraham & Muhammad
Many people are aware of Melchezidek and all that he had done over the ages for our grown upon earth. He has created many schools, he's founded many religions and he's been a part of various orders of the Knights Templar and more. During this channel the Goddess invites in four very strong, amazing energies. The channel takes place on the day of the Wesak festival. This is a festival to commemorate Buddha's birthday and on this one day he and Jesus align and return to earth. The veil is very thin. During this journey Shelly channels first Buddha, then Jesus as a reflection of the Wesak energies. She then begins to channel Abraham and lastly Muhammad. The energies are very distinct and profound.
Melchezidek comes through lastly and states that all four of these men were aspects of his divinity!! He also stated it was time to re-unite all aspects back within himself. He called upon these four very strong essences as it would also create a new, deeper link between each of these religions. This in turn would trickle down throughout everyone who follows the various religions.

You Are Multidimensional - Celebrate Your Life!
You are already living between dimensions! For most people you are doing this without even realizing it. Dimensions are expansions in consciousness, they are expanded thought. When you are seeking insights on a subject, you can breathe and expand your consciousness in such a way that you are shifting into the 5th or 6th dimension. In this way, you may receive greater insights. During this channel, the Goddess actually takes you through the experience of shifting. She will give you the opportunity to experience your life the way you normally do; then consciously expand and feel, see, sense what you perceive of your life from the expanded state. During this channel you work with shifting in the All That Is; then manifest it into your physical reality. When you are seeking to manifest something within your life, this is a wonderful tool to assist in shifting vibration and alignment.
When you have had the opportunity to experience the shifting consciousness, you will return to the All That Is and the celebration going on. In part the angels, guides, teachers, all just like to have a party, no reason needed! But it is also a celebration of the 5th anniversary of Shelly and Goddess channeling these conferences. So, when you allow celebration into your life, you are allowing joy, peace, happiness, excitement and movement. Even if it feels your life is a mess; open to celebrate with us! There were questions particularly aligned with this channel, one of which is about Autism. Many of you have children or know children with this diagnosis and one of the things the Goddess mentioned was that when the make up of the body is ‘crystalline' rather than the denseness of which we are formed; impulses move with greater ease through the crystal vibration. That is why things in the environment or the ways of communicating need to be adjusted. This channel is really filled with a great deal of information, energy and light!
Increasing Alignment & Blending with Your Divinity
Releasing Old Beliefs
From the time we are children our beliefs are being created. As children, it's so often our parents and family. We then become influenced by the beliefs of our peers and society. So, it is something that we take in from many different sources; but then we make our choices for ourselves. That is in large part what the ascension process is about; making conscious chooses of how to live our lives.

Layers of Release & Opening to Receive
Sometimes a channel comes through that just speaks on so many different levels; this is one of them. The earth is still attempting to balance and integrate from the quantum shift that took place last year. During the past month in particular, there have been large amounts of energy brought in. Have you noticed the intensity? The Goddess in this channel fills the All That Is with an exquisite beautiful energy which allows you to create a clear connection to a deep place within yourself. She then seems to move through layer upon layer of the energies we use to insulate ourselves in our daily life. Sometimes we become so disconnected we don't know who we are, so this is a deep, deep reconnection. There is such a loving energy which will then infuse you as it assists you in opening to receive. For so many of us it's easier to give to others than it is to receive. If you are open to receive, it may make you feel vulnerable. In this channel the Goddess will assist you in opening so you can allow a greater amount of compassion and love into your life. When you are flooded with compassion, there is only love. You therefore release judgment: against yourself and others. Allow the energies of this channel to truly assist you as you are seeking change in your life.
Cellular Transformation & Alignment
Once you have shifted and aligned your physical body, it reaches out to connect with your emotional body. From there it expands to your mental and your spiritual bodies. When you are in the All That Is and you first of all clear and align your cellular structure; then move through your non-physical energies, you are creating a balance. While you are creating and shifting in this area of expanded consciousness, the results are manifested within your physical body.
Breathe in balance! Open to allow that to happen at any time you feel the need.
Who Am I? The Creator of My Life!
Many people find they are pulled in many directions. You may also feel as if your ‘boundaries' are being invaded through people's expectations of you, perhaps lack of understanding or other reactions in your life. When you are fully connected within your own energies you will be less hurt or distressed by others reactions to you. These reactions may come up within you as your own push or need for a greater understanding of who you are in all your divinity. You are this person walking the earth; but in truth you are so much more!
Manifesting Balance & Moving Forward with a Clean Slate
2008 is going to be a year of integration. Last year we experienced the quantum shift which moved us into the fourth dimension. This year, we are moving forward and further integrating all that was brought in last year. During this journey the Goddess spoke at length about finding balance. The more that each of us is able to find balance in our lives; the more it will be reflected in those around us and the earth itself. If you find yourself in chaos or struggle, consciously breathe in balanced energy. With practice this will get easier and easier.
Many people need to release old energies so that they can more fully embrace a balanced energy. As the Goddess was assisting us in recognizing and releasing, she gave us a ‘moon duster' to assist in clearing our lives! I was sparkly and aligned with the divine feminine. As you use this, you will find it assists in shifting your energy on all levels. This is how we can create a clean slate for ourselves as we move through this year. She will take you to your potentials in three, six and twelve months ahead.
Lastly, Lady Gaia came through to talk and speak of earth as it too is balancing. Her message was filled with such compassion, love and peace. Each time I listened to this, I could my own heart expanding further and further. I hope this will be your experience also!
Your Soul Essence as a Diamond
The winter solstice, speaking of it in the northern hemisphere, is a time of celebration. There are many different religions which have a celebration of some sort during this time of the year. The intention was to bring ‘light' to the darkest time of the year. So, consider a celebration of YOU; you the human, you the divine essence. During the channel all the guides, angels and teachers come together to celebrate us for what was accomplished during the past year. The celebration is filled with joy, light, exuberance and love! Never before have we accomplished such a shift upon the earth, with so little trauma. Now, I know 2007 had immense struggles for many people; but the struggle opened to the door for the shift to occur.

As we worked directly with the hologram and Lady Gaia, I could see how the earth itself was holding onto emotions. The release from within the earth was immense! We have talked before about how as each of us is creating shifts in our own lives, it's also affecting the earth; it manifested in an immense way with this journey.
Allow yourself to release anything which is holding you back. Allow yourself to hope, to believe, to realize that there are more potentials around you than you may know. Create an alignment where you are open to receive!
New Energy Relationships Begin within You
Manifesting Before and After the Quantum Shift
Can you feel a change in the vibrations around you? I'm sure that many of you are aware that there is a difference over the past several months; even if you can't say specifically what it may be. During this channel you will be able to experience creation in the All That Is. This may be very much the way you usually create. The biggest difference is that when you link with yourself in your earthbound reality; the energies are lighter, finer, more easily integrated. Once more you will link with the crystalline energies within yourself and look out from there. Every time that you align with your crystalline energies, you will strengthen that aspect of yourself which in turn allows for greater ease and flow within your life. It's time to release struggle. It's time to allow ease. Manifestation is about creating what you seek to have, then aligning and accepting it within your life and vibration.
