These channels are for you to read and participate in. You will find that each journey is unique and different; therefore they may each be read and utilized individually rather than in a particular order. There are certain months in which they build upon each other in which case you may choose to read them together. Allow yourself to browse through the titles and open to feel which one you may be drawn to read.
Be aware that even though these channels were received at a particular date and time, you may still experience them in the now moment. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and connect with the energies before you begin to read. When you are reading the channels you will find a question and answer session following the channeled journey. These are the questions put forth by the people who participated in the channel by calling into the teleconference. Some of questions are very personalized others could apply to many different people. As you look at the question being asked, you may see something that resonates with you. As you read the answer given by the Goddess, let your consciousness open to receive an answer which is specific for you.
The earth is moving through the Quantum Shift or the Quantum Leap; which is the earth's process of moving into the fourth dimension. You will find that the channels speak of the magnetic and crystalline grid works. The magnetic grid is what surrounds the earth and in part encompasses the astral plane. This grid also incorporates many of the highly evolved energies available to the earth at this time. Your higher self resides within this space. As you leave behind the energies of the magnetic pull of the earth, you encounter the crystalline grid. This is completely different; it is a pure crystalline energy or vibration. The more that we incorporate or manifest the crystalline energies upon the earth; the more these two grids are blending.
The Goddess speaks of the soul plane. This is a plane of existence or a dimension in which your I AM presence resides. This is a place for you to reconnect with your divinity. You may also link with other individuals in a soul to soul manner from within this space.
The All That Is is an even higher, finer vibration than the soul plane. This is the collective consciousness of the universe. This is a place of creation. Much of the journey takes place from within the All That Is. The energy is completely nurturing, loving, and gentle; while it can also be very dynamic, powerful and strong.

The Lightbody Energies Re-Wire Your Circuits
Thenext step in our expansion into our Lightbody (LB) energies is aboutcreating an adjustment in our physical body. To do this, the LBenergies link with us and assist in creating changes in ourelectrical systems. You may feel this affect very strongly or it canbe extremely subtle.
"Ifyou feel any discomfort, breathe in the soothing, calming energy ofyour lightbody and let it go. These impulses of energy move up, itgoes through your nervous system, you may feel it going down yourarms and your legs, you may feel it as if the very skin of your bodyis transitioning and adjusting in such a way."
Whilethis quote was given to us specifically about your physicaltransformation, you can shift any of the affects through awareness. Iwas told by a number of people that during this channel from theGoddess and the Lightbody energies they felt as if they have stucktheir finger in an electrical outlet!! We've had several channels inwhich the LB energies have worked with us in our evolution. Thisnext step is a physical transformation. As our bodies adjust to thisnew energy, it will transform with greater ease once our electricalpathways have shifted.
Duringthis journey the LB energies are working with the electrical pathwaysthat move through your body. You may feel it in your heart, you mayfeel it in your skin, your arms, legs or other parts of your body; such as your muscles or head. The LB spoke very specifically of thefact that this would not cause anyone to have a medical reaction. Myone sense was that in many it caused palpitations in the heart andthat it's important not to get caught up in fear or anxiety. Theystated specifically it was acting in a gentle manner.
Themore that your physical body is able to incorporate these energies,the greater the shift you will experience. The energies are here. They are working you whether you aware of them or not. Through yourconscious awareness you will be able to expand more quickly andfully, but also the integration will go deeper.
Unconditional Love & Working With Your Frequency
With this channel the Lightbody (LB) energies become even more readily available to us. They come forth as a male and female aspect of the energy, but they spoke as one voice. This is an essence that has never before worked in this manner with humans or people of earth. They come from a group consciousness, so loneliness or separateness is something they have never before experienced. They are learning from us what that means; as we are learning from them how to remember that we are not separate.
"It is beyond our concept or it is beyond our comprehension that anyone would not know the full essence of their divinity. That's why we spoke of us being there to link with you in a way that will give you that constant sense of companionship or presence with another."
This presence of another is YOU! It's your divinity. The more the LB energies blend and align within your, the greater your alignment with your divinity.
There are many people who ask why they haven't manifested what they seek to have. They may pray for it, visualize it, meditate, create a space; yet it still does not arrive. The most direct reason why it hasn't manifested is due to a difference in your frequency of where you are right now and what you seek to have. There are subtle variations that may sometimes have a large impact and other times none at all. During this journey the LB energies will assist you in recognizing where you are right now. They will also assist you in understanding how your physical, emotional and mental bodies have affect upon your frequencies. You will then have an opportunity to practice shifting your vibration and your frequency so that it is in a greater alignment with what you seek to have.
Working with the LB energies is about finding ease in transitioning within your life. If you struggle and try to force this, it will not work. So I remind you that if you are trying to force something or it feels you are trying to 'make' it happen; then back off and take a break. This is also about allowing for the transition to occur within your life. You create and you allow.
Communication From the Lightbody Consciousness
I know that many of you, just as I have been waiting eagerly for the next phase of our ascension process. Well, it's here! There's a part of me jumping up and down with excitement! The Goddess has been speaking with us about the crystalline energies for quite some time. The vibration has shifted and there is enough of this energy available that we can now incorporate our lightbodies. This is the third channel in which she's talked about this energy. [Prior channels were September 6, 2009 and August 16, 2009.] But even before that she spoke of becoming transparent and that was truly when we began working with these energies.
During this channel we actually have the opportunity to 'meet' and essence of this vibration. He came across as a masculine energy although he is androgynous. He represents the collective energy of the lightbodies and spoke to us of what is to come. We are all in the process of integrating this additional energy body. Through this process we are opening to a lighter, finer vibration that will give us the opportunity to work with telepathy, levitating, tele-transport, and shapeshifting to name a few. You can feel the actual flow of energy around each of these as he spoke of them.
With the fall/spring equinox another portal was opened that allowed for this much greater influx of energy. Now is the time that we can truly move into who we are. Now is the time that we can embrace crystalline energies and our rise in our vibrations!
Integrating Your Lightbody
The crystalline grid is a network ofenergies that come together and create a texture in the universe. This texture moves throughout matter, consciousness and space. Whenyou take this crystalline vibration and blend it with the energies ofthe earth it creates a whole new dynamic. The way you will work withenergy shifts, your perception shifts and new opportunities arecreated. Crystalline energies are without positive and negativeimpulses so when working with this energy you have new and greaterpotentials to transform.
This is what is leading us to thelightbody integration. We as humans are beginning to have anotherenergy as a part of our make up. We have the physical body, thatwhich is most solid; the mental body, emotional and spiritualbodies. Most of you are used to working with these energy fields asthey pertain to you and to others. So expanding outward from thesebodies, there is now the lightbody. It's pure crystalline energy. It is what supports us and assists us in moving forward in the newenergy. We are used to working with these energies but mostly assomething separate from ourselves. The next phase as we continue toevolve is about integrating this energy into our lives; this journeyis an introduction to this new experience.
While in the All That Is, you willexperience your lightbody energies. This is to give you theperspective of what this is to you and how much it can expand. Oncethe Goddess assisted us in understanding this, she invited us tothink of fear. Some of the people present, went into fear; but themajority stayed in a balanced state. It was as if some wavered, butthey rebalanced quickly. The point of this was to assist each personwith feeling the greater balance which prevents getting caught up inthe energies that might pull you down.
People's lives are influenced by theirmental and emotional bodies. This in part has created who you areright now in your life. As you are bringing in the lightbody andintegrating the energy, it is as if you are bringing in a cleanslate. No previous belief systems. No prior emotional issues. It'sjust a put crystalline energy. WOW how wonderful is that??

Activating Your LIghtbody
Your lightbody is a direct connection with the crystalline grid and universal vibration. During this channel the Goddess of Creation will assist you with finding a greater understanding of what your lightbody is and how it can help you in the future. One of the ways to access this is through the base of your skull in the back. This is sometimes known as the mouth of God. Just as you have your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies; so too you have the lightbody. This is an energy field within and around you that assists you in maintaining a greater amount of your divinity while in your physical being.
The Goddess in the beginning of this channel helped people to get in touch with where they are right now. She spoke about things that may be happening in your life. Then as each of us is tapping into wherever it is we may be she began to talk about 'I AM that I AM'. St. Germain and other teachers have used this phrase before and when the Goddess said it; I found myself flooded with a sense of peace. I think we are oftentimes so hard on ourselves. Once you can accept that you are where you are, period, it just is; you can allow acceptance and peace to move through you. Let go of judgment. Let go of any harsh thoughts or words. Allow your energies to expand and accept the higher vibration as it permeates the earth.
Becoming Transparent
Throughout the summer the Goddess has spoken of theintense influxes of the higher vibrational energies. This occurred during thesummer/ winter solstice then again when there was a new moon plus a solareclipse; yet again this month there was a lunar eclipse. People have alwaysrecognized the influence of the universe upon us; but the veil is thinner andthe effects more pronounced.
During the journey the Goddess spoke of becomingtransparent. As you continue to draw in and integrate more of the crystallinevibration and your own divinity you are raising your vibration. The higher one'svibration, the more transparent you are. You may ask, why would I want to dothis? The Goddess speaks about focusing your intention to become transparent asanother means of shifting your consciousness. During the journey you are ableto release old beliefs. You affirm that this is what you are choosing to dowithin your life. As you experience these energies you can feel how yourvibration rises and how you become more transparent.
This is also another means of assisting you to detachfrom every day occurrences. If you find yourself becoming caught up in thedrama and the trauma of daily life; but infusing your energy pattern with thistranslucency, you are able to detach. You also then have a greater ability toflow compassion or make changes in your life if you so choose.
Take this next step along your pathway. Open to greaterand greater amounts of your divinity and integrate it as transparent energy!
Step Aside For A New Perspective
There is a shift in the alignment of the stars, moon, sun and people feel it in different ways. For some it brings out insecurity and creates a sense of fear; others may feel overwhelmed with the energies. You can consciously choose not to get bogged down. As the energies are flowing within and around you, you can choose to let any excess or overflow move past you without overwhelming you. This can be done through creating a greater connection within.
When you are struggling in your life it's because there's a sense of 'too much' perhaps too much energy, too many aspects of life over flowing or there's a sense of 'not enough' you don't have enough to cope, you don't have enough money, you don't enough of whatever you might need. Being in the flow of energy and light is always a perfect balance. It's there, it's balanced, you need only feel the flow.
Resistance is also a means of holding you back. There may be things outside of you; the economy, your family, your co-workers who have an affect upon you. You can create a shift in your awareness that allows for greater ease. During this channel as people let go of resistance in their lives, it was as if the wattage was increased 1 million fold.
Lastly the Goddess spoke of grounding these energies. Through grounding the energies, you are also integrating more of your divinity. People like to be in the higher realms, it feels good, it feels more like home. This journey allows you the chance to integrate these energies more fully into your human existence. Let your daily life have access to these energies that feel good, but in a more grounded manner.

A Life in Balance
The Goddess begins by really making her presence known to us. As we link with her, there is a strong sense of flow around incoming energies and what we may currently have going on in our lives. Some have had an easier time; others have had a very challenging time. The Goddess assists us in regulating the energy coming in with who we already are so that there will be less of the feeling of overwhelm.
After she spoke of balancing the actual energies coming in with who we already are, she moved to the masculine and feminine within each one of us. Within this blending she assisted each of us withreleasing feelings that may have kept us from completely allowing in theopposite aspect of ourselves; for example females being uncomfortable with maleenergy and vice versa. She then invited each of us to shift a feminine energyof vulnerability to a feminine strength; masculine strength into masculinetenderness. The traditional roles of what was feminine or masculine are nolonger hard and fast. Within each aspect there are both energies. There is abalance within from this plus taking it a step further.
The Goddess also spoke of sexual energy. Sheassisted you in releasing any aspect that may have kept you held back. As theEarth is shifting into a balanced energy it's essential to release sexualdysfunction and allow sexual balance and strength to be a part of your life.
Lastly the Goddess spoke about when the Aliens firstcame to assist this planet; they brought with them a feminine dominance in theenergies. Around Atlantis it shifted to a masculine dominated energy. Goingforward with a heart based energy and the crystalline energies, it's a balanceof the male and female. It matters not if you are man or woman; seeking balancewithin your life will merge with the energies of the collective consciousnessand in turn assist with the complete transition of the Earth into this nextdimension.
The Summer/Winter Solstice -- A Clean Sweep
This channel took place on the exact day of the summer/ winter solstice! The energies were very strong and what came through was a clean sweep. It allows each person to let go within their lives and truly feel who they are. In addition it allows for a greater resonance with the crystalline energies of the universe, the grid, within the center of the earth and each human.
The Goddess spoke of three profound shifts in consciousness that the earth has moved through; Lemuria, Atlantis and now. Lemuria was feminine based energy, Atlantis masculine based and this time in which we live is and will be known as the time of balanced energies. No, we are not there yet, but it is coming!
Lady Gaia came forth to speak at length about the transitions of the earth. She spoke at length during this channel about the various significant times in the earth's history. She also invited us each to take off the backpack of old energy and let it go! As she did so, we could all feel the release of the earth, but also the release of all the people. She then took us into the crystals that are within the center of the earth. They are there to assist in releasing.
The Goddess spoke of looking through a doorway into the other dimension, the other aspects of the universe. There are those who are already working with this. We released old energy. We released what some may consider karmic agreements. As a result, this journey created a new foundation. A foundation based upon crystalline and balanced energies.
Moving Towards What You Seek to Create
After we have all become more aware within ourselves, she takes us to what looks like a large picture window or some may say a door and it opens. The sense when she opened the door was a flood of energy from the universe flowing in and around us. We actually have the perception of seeing consciousness as it streaks through the sky. There was a perception of a mother ship, of ET's, of stars and planets. Here is where so much of the crystalline vibration has been gathering and now it's flowing into the earth in even greater amounts than ever before. The Goddess gathered this energy and sent it into each of us; in doing so it felt as if we struck by lightening and our energy fields were blown wide open! It was very powerful and had a profound affect.

The Flow of Balance Within Your Life
This channel came through at the perfect time! There is an immense flow of energy coming into the earth at this time and many of you may be feeling as if you are pushed out of balance. With this journey you will feel what it is to be balanced within the All That Is and while grounded upon the earth. The Goddess speaks of opening our imaginations as a means of opening to greater creativity. Our imaginations intrinsically are huge and without boundaries; if yours does have constriction or boundaries, it's due to your ego or control. This channel is a wonderful opportunity for you release any guards or boundaries so as to allow your imagination to flow and expand.
One way to move into this deeper expansion is to release beliefs. Many of us have beliefs that we no longer even think about. Many of us go along with the collective consciousness and don't realize we are restricting ourselves. The Goddess will assist you in removing layer upon layer of beliefs or old emotions that keep you from being all that you can be. She gives you an opportunity to practice seeing, sensing or feeling the angels and light around you.She completes this channel with addressing self love. It's very difficult to be balanced without allowing yourself to be open to self love. If you are hard on yourself, if you judge yourself, if you feel less than; you are in resistance and that will keep this balance at a distance. So allow yourself to open to self love, connection and awareness.
This channel is filled with many levels of balanced energies. Allow it to flow through you!
Opening to Acceptance
This channel began with such intensity from the very first sentence. You can just feel the love, the acceptance, the awareness of what the Goddess feels for you from the very beginning. What will assist you in opening to acceptance in your life? In most cases it includes releasing judgment. During the part of this journey where the Goddess was tapping into judgment and assisting us in releasing it; she even said ‘release the judgment you feel towards yourself that you even judged in the first place!' This very much represents to me how so many of us are as humans. Judgment can be very insidious; it can create huge barriers within your life. Releasing judgment involves letting go of your ‘story'. What would it feel like to start anew? To be without the energy that has dogged you for so long? Releasing judgment as you open to acceptance allows you to open to new beginnings and new potentials.
As the earth continues the transformation into the 4th dimension, there will be greater access to the various parts of the Universe. With this channel, you can link with ET's, Ashtar or one of the many Angel and guides who work with you. You may be working with these energies when in your sleep state, open and allow your perceptions to shift into your awakened consciousness.
I'm including an excerpt from the Goddess in this channel:
I've heard from so many of you about physical symptoms that you are having. You question what is the best way to treat them? You question if you should ignore them and they'll go away. May I say to you that anything that is ignored becomes a stumbling block within your life? If you are having symptoms of some sort or another, it represents a part of you moving through transformation. Is it your heart? Is it your joints? Is it weight? Is it energy? It matters not. Whatever it may be that seems so close in your awareness, take it as an opportunity to flow energy, to flow light, to flow love and support to that part of you. It may be simply your emotions. Allow for all of this to flow through you with ease.
The end result of this is balance; feeling a balance in all your energies, feeling a balance in your physical body. This is a large focus with the transitioning energies of this time upon the earth.
Practical Aspects of New Energy
This channel is about showing up for your life! In the vary beginning the Goddess takes us through connecting within ourselves so that we can be more fully present in our bodies. Most of the people who enjoy this type of work enjoys being in an expanded state. With this channel, the Goddess assists you in grounding and reconnecting within yourself so that you are fully aware in your life. This in turn allows you to manifest even greater amounts of energy in your life.
Most everyone who is in the forefront of this shift in consciousness has already completed their time upon the earth. You did not have to return. Most of you have already lived through the exact experiences you are having at this time. Your answers are within your I AM presence. You can open to access this through a door in your consciousness. As if you open a door and walk through into other lives, times and perceptions. This journey will assist you in looking within and finding the answers.
As you return to the earth plane from the journey, you will open to creating a deeper blending between your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. As such, you will then create a greater balance within your life. Through this balance of you the human, you are grounding your energies. You are choosing life. You are choosing to show up for your own life, no matter what may be going on. Be open and allow.
Opening Your Heart Center
The more we live in the 4th dimension, the more we are living through our heart centers. This channel which focuses directly on the energy flowing through your heart is very powerful! I even felt physically sore throughout my chest a couple of days afterwards!
The Goddess spends the first part of this channel integrating within the physical body, really feeling an alignment. We then shift into the crystalline grid and create a new relationship with this energy. The crystalline grid is expanding as more and more of us use it as means of transitioning energy. Once we create this alignment, we shift into the All That Is. Here is where the Goddess works with each one of us in creating a new alignment. She becomes a ball of light that moves through your physical heart. In this manner she is shifting your energies from a cellular structure outward. It felt as if she was working to release energies or anything that may be blocked within your heart center. But in addition to that she was also assisting you to shift the molecular and electrical structures. There was an amazing amount of light that then emanated in all directions from each person who was present and experiencing this.
This channel took place the week before Easter and there was a draw from many people to have Yeshua come forth. Sananda, which is the over soul of Yeshua, did come to make his presence known. His soul essence has also incarnated as; Buddha, Muhammad and Abraham, to name a few. These aspects were all present and filled the room such love and light. From here the Goddess spoke more so about spirituality and religion. The very definition of this is changing at this time in accordance with this shifting energy.
During this time of transition, I encourage you to all that you can to love, support and nurture yourself. This channel is a wonderful way in which you can.
Deeper Alignment within Your I AM & Message and Balance from Lady Gaia
Where do I even begin this time?? The energies flowing in and around the earth are very, very intense. This journey is filled with many levels of perception within the crystalline grid, your I AM presence and then finding the balance within Gaia.
There are new alignments within the universe manifesting at this time. This is having an affect upon you in more ways than you may be aware. You as your divinity have such diverse history. You have lived so many lives in different perspectives or dimensions. In this channel you stand in your I AM presence and consciously link with these memories, with this history. As you stand in the flow your memories are illuminated. You can use these energies as a way of assisting you to a deeper connection with your divinity. When in that space; you are immune to anything that would push you off balance.
Lady Gaia came forth and spoke at length about those energies upon the earth that are feminine. In turn she tapped into the energies of the masculine. Everyone is able to align with first the energies of the feminine, then the masculine. She will assist you with blending the masculine and feminine energies within yourself. This in turn will create an even greater perception of who you are, what's happying to you and what's around you at this time. While blending with Gaia you will feel the complete balance of feminine and masculine energies within you. This is amplified by the Spring Equinox.
Manifesting In the New Energy
How are you at manifesting? Does it come easy? Perhaps some things are easy others more of a challenge. This channel will assist you in creating what it is you seek to manifest; but it will also take you the next step. We are often times impatient when we seek to bring something new into our lives. If you can allow yourself to fill up with compassion, it helps to diminish any emptiness you may feel as you await whatever you seek to manifest.
The Goddess gave us three potentials: 1) Happiness-finding happiness just for the sake of happiness! No need to prove anything. 2) Passion-this creates an immense energy. Become passionate about yourself, your creation, your life. 3) Compassion-filling in everything in between. When things do not manifest as quickly as you would like them to, fill in the spaces within you with compassion. Allow compassion to nurture and support you at all times.
Become very aware and very clear about the energies around what you have and what you seek to have. Create the alignment and allow the energies to work for you. Let go of force. Let go of control or manipulation.
Love, Love, Love....
From there, the Goddess creates an opportunity for you to look at the relationships in your life. She began with a relationship with your partner. Perhaps you are already in a relationship, perhaps you are looking for one or perhaps you choose to be alone. No matter what your choice, this allows you to experience greater clarity. Through that clarity, you can transition whatever you may seek to change.
This channel is also about celebration. Celebrate LOVE! Celebrate that you are alive. Celebrate that there are many opportunities and changes around you and within you if you so choose.
In the Flow of Expanded Consciousness
Over and over the Goddess is talking to us about crystalline energy. This is a new energy, something different than anything which has come into the earth in the past. When working with this energy it's essential to allow the crystalline vibration to assist you. Any time you attempt to force a situation or experience you are in resistance which keeps you out of alignment. You are creating all the time. You are creating in the All That Is; you are allowing in your daily physical life. Anything that you seek to manifest if first created in the All That Is. This is a glorious dimension or shift in consciousness which allows you to try out all your various potentials. All of these journeys with the Goddess create in the All That Is.
During this journey she will assist you in experiencing how you perceive your life. Most of us as humans perceive our lives with limitation. Can you imagine what it would be like if you took off the blinders and found that everything is brighter, richer, fuller? Can you imagine what it would be like in your daily life to truly recognize how immense you are? When in your divinity or in alignment with your divinity, this is much easier to do! The crystalline energies are here to assist you in creating this expanded consciousness as your reality. Therefore what may have seemed impossible in the past; can now become a reality.
The Goddess with take you through each of your energy bodies as you create this expanded awareness. She assist in your perception of your life from within and from without. Then as always, there is the warm loving essence which is the Goddess. Allow her essence to flow through you!
Experience the New Earth; Open to Compassion
There is a new earth. It's been created from the consciousness of this earth, but at a much higher vibration. There is a gravitational pull, yet the energies are almost predominantly crystalline. When you visit the new earth within this journey, you may recognize that it feels familiar to you. You are spending more and more time within that space but also incorporating those vibrations.
From there we shift into the All That Is. This is where the Goddess worked with each of us about our physical bodies. There was so much love! There was such compassion. If you are seeking change in your physical body, which also translates to your physical reality; this is a wonderful way to create. Manifesting in the new energy is done through creating an alignment with what you seek to have. From you allow it into your life. If it has not yet arrived, continue to allow until it manifests. Remember, it may be exactly as you asked or perhaps in a different form that will bring with it even greater joy!
Lastly as the energies are blending with the holograms and into the earth; we had a distinct experience of aligning with both earth and the new earth. You could sense the similarities and the differences. What came through so strongly was the deep sense of alignment. You can feel the pulse of the earth and you feel your own vibration as a pulse that is in alignment. Does the earth align with you or you with the earth??
2009 - The Master Number; You as the Master of Balance
The energies of this channel are filled with light and a very high vibration. In fact, the gentleness and flow of the crystalline vibration is becoming even more apparent. From within your I AM presence, you are able to access other lifetimes, other experiences or other information. While in the All That Is, the Goddess assists you in greater perception of what this is. She gives each of us tools that will assist in our awareness, letting go and opening up. In this way, you have more specific ways in which you can practice opening your senses to increased perception.
Lastly, the Goddess continues to speak of the crystalline energies. More and more of these energies are coming into earth which is the ‘new energy' or the energies of the 4th dimension and higher.
