These channels are for you to read and participate in. You will find that each journey is unique and different; therefore they may each be read and utilized individually rather than in a particular order. There are certain months in which they build upon each other in which case you may choose to read them together. Allow yourself to browse through the titles and open to feel which one you may be drawn to read.
Be aware that even though these channels were received at a particular date and time, you may still experience them in the now moment. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and connect with the energies before you begin to read. When you are reading the channels you will find a question and answer session following the channeled journey. These are the questions put forth by the people who participated in the channel by calling into the teleconference. Some of questions are very personalized others could apply to many different people. As you look at the question being asked, you may see something that resonates with you. As you read the answer given by the Goddess, let your consciousness open to receive an answer which is specific for you.
The earth is moving through the Quantum Shift or the Quantum Leap; which is the earth's process of moving into the fourth dimension. You will find that the channels speak of the magnetic and crystalline grid works. The magnetic grid is what surrounds the earth and in part encompasses the astral plane. This grid also incorporates many of the highly evolved energies available to the earth at this time. Your higher self resides within this space. As you leave behind the energies of the magnetic pull of the earth, you encounter the crystalline grid. This is completely different; it is a pure crystalline energy or vibration. The more that we incorporate or manifest the crystalline energies upon the earth; the more these two grids are blending.
The Goddess speaks of the soul plane. This is a plane of existence or a dimension in which your I AM presence resides. This is a place for you to reconnect with your divinity. You may also link with other individuals in a soul to soul manner from within this space.
The All That Is is an even higher, finer vibration than the soul plane. This is the collective consciousness of the universe. This is a place of creation. Much of the journey takes place from within the All That Is. The energy is completely nurturing, loving, and gentle; while it can also be very dynamic, powerful and strong.

The following are transcripts of teleconferences Shelly has channeled since she began offering the teleconference in April 2003. These are free for you to read and share. She does request, however, that if you share them, you keep the material intact as the Goddess brought it through.
Practical Aspects of New Energy
This channel is about showing up for your life! In the vary beginning the Goddess takes us through connecting within ourselves so that we can be more fully present in our bodies. Most of the people who enjoy this type of work enjoys being in an expanded state. With this channel, the Goddess assists you in grounding and reconnecting within yourself so that you are fully aware in your life. This in turn allows you to manifest even greater amounts of energy in your life.
Most everyone who is in the forefront of this shift in consciousness has already completed their time upon the earth. You did not have to return. Most of you have already lived through the exact experiences you are having at this time. Your answers are within your I AM presence. You can open to access this through a door in your consciousness. As if you open a door and walk through into other lives, times and perceptions. This journey will assist you in looking within and finding the answers.
As you return to the earth plane from the journey, you will open to creating a deeper blending between your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. As such, you will then create a greater balance within your life. Through this balance of you the human, you are grounding your energies. You are choosing life. You are choosing to show up for your own life, no matter what may be going on. Be open and allow.
Opening Your Heart Center
The more we live in the 4th dimension, the more we are living through our heart centers. This channel which focuses directly on the energy flowing through your heart is very powerful! I even felt physically sore throughout my chest a couple of days afterwards!
The Goddess spends the first part of this channel integrating within the physical body, really feeling an alignment. We then shift into the crystalline grid and create a new relationship with this energy. The crystalline grid is expanding as more and more of us use it as means of transitioning energy. Once we create this alignment, we shift into the All That Is. Here is where the Goddess works with each one of us in creating a new alignment. She becomes a ball of light that moves through your physical heart. In this manner she is shifting your energies from a cellular structure outward. It felt as if she was working to release energies or anything that may be blocked within your heart center. But in addition to that she was also assisting you to shift the molecular and electrical structures. There was an amazing amount of light that then emanated in all directions from each person who was present and experiencing this.
This channel took place the week before Easter and there was a draw from many people to have Yeshua come forth. Sananda, which is the over soul of Yeshua, did come to make his presence known. His soul essence has also incarnated as; Buddha, Muhammad and Abraham, to name a few. These aspects were all present and filled the room such love and light. From here the Goddess spoke more so about spirituality and religion. The very definition of this is changing at this time in accordance with this shifting energy.
During this time of transition, I encourage you to all that you can to love, support and nurture yourself. This channel is a wonderful way in which you can.
Deeper Alignment within Your I AM & Message and Balance from Lady Gaia
Where do I even begin this time?? The energies flowing in and around the earth are very, very intense. This journey is filled with many levels of perception within the crystalline grid, your I AM presence and then finding the balance within Gaia.
There are new alignments within the universe manifesting at this time. This is having an affect upon you in more ways than you may be aware. You as your divinity have such diverse history. You have lived so many lives in different perspectives or dimensions. In this channel you stand in your I AM presence and consciously link with these memories, with this history. As you stand in the flow your memories are illuminated. You can use these energies as a way of assisting you to a deeper connection with your divinity. When in that space; you are immune to anything that would push you off balance.
Lady Gaia came forth and spoke at length about those energies upon the earth that are feminine. In turn she tapped into the energies of the masculine. Everyone is able to align with first the energies of the feminine, then the masculine. She will assist you with blending the masculine and feminine energies within yourself. This in turn will create an even greater perception of who you are, what's happying to you and what's around you at this time. While blending with Gaia you will feel the complete balance of feminine and masculine energies within you. This is amplified by the Spring Equinox.
Manifesting In the New Energy
How are you at manifesting? Does it come easy? Perhaps some things are easy others more of a challenge. This channel will assist you in creating what it is you seek to manifest; but it will also take you the next step. We are often times impatient when we seek to bring something new into our lives. If you can allow yourself to fill up with compassion, it helps to diminish any emptiness you may feel as you await whatever you seek to manifest.
The Goddess gave us three potentials: 1) Happiness-finding happiness just for the sake of happiness! No need to prove anything. 2) Passion-this creates an immense energy. Become passionate about yourself, your creation, your life. 3) Compassion-filling in everything in between. When things do not manifest as quickly as you would like them to, fill in the spaces within you with compassion. Allow compassion to nurture and support you at all times.
Become very aware and very clear about the energies around what you have and what you seek to have. Create the alignment and allow the energies to work for you. Let go of force. Let go of control or manipulation.
Love, Love, Love....
From there, the Goddess creates an opportunity for you to look at the relationships in your life. She began with a relationship with your partner. Perhaps you are already in a relationship, perhaps you are looking for one or perhaps you choose to be alone. No matter what your choice, this allows you to experience greater clarity. Through that clarity, you can transition whatever you may seek to change.
This channel is also about celebration. Celebrate LOVE! Celebrate that you are alive. Celebrate that there are many opportunities and changes around you and within you if you so choose.
In the Flow of Expanded Consciousness
Over and over the Goddess is talking to us about crystalline energy. This is a new energy, something different than anything which has come into the earth in the past. When working with this energy it's essential to allow the crystalline vibration to assist you. Any time you attempt to force a situation or experience you are in resistance which keeps you out of alignment. You are creating all the time. You are creating in the All That Is; you are allowing in your daily physical life. Anything that you seek to manifest if first created in the All That Is. This is a glorious dimension or shift in consciousness which allows you to try out all your various potentials. All of these journeys with the Goddess create in the All That Is.
During this journey she will assist you in experiencing how you perceive your life. Most of us as humans perceive our lives with limitation. Can you imagine what it would be like if you took off the blinders and found that everything is brighter, richer, fuller? Can you imagine what it would be like in your daily life to truly recognize how immense you are? When in your divinity or in alignment with your divinity, this is much easier to do! The crystalline energies are here to assist you in creating this expanded consciousness as your reality. Therefore what may have seemed impossible in the past; can now become a reality.
The Goddess with take you through each of your energy bodies as you create this expanded awareness. She assist in your perception of your life from within and from without. Then as always, there is the warm loving essence which is the Goddess. Allow her essence to flow through you!
Experience the New Earth; Open to Compassion
There is a new earth. It's been created from the consciousness of this earth, but at a much higher vibration. There is a gravitational pull, yet the energies are almost predominantly crystalline. When you visit the new earth within this journey, you may recognize that it feels familiar to you. You are spending more and more time within that space but also incorporating those vibrations.
From there we shift into the All That Is. This is where the Goddess worked with each of us about our physical bodies. There was so much love! There was such compassion. If you are seeking change in your physical body, which also translates to your physical reality; this is a wonderful way to create. Manifesting in the new energy is done through creating an alignment with what you seek to have. From you allow it into your life. If it has not yet arrived, continue to allow until it manifests. Remember, it may be exactly as you asked or perhaps in a different form that will bring with it even greater joy!
Lastly as the energies are blending with the holograms and into the earth; we had a distinct experience of aligning with both earth and the new earth. You could sense the similarities and the differences. What came through so strongly was the deep sense of alignment. You can feel the pulse of the earth and you feel your own vibration as a pulse that is in alignment. Does the earth align with you or you with the earth??
2009 - The Master Number; You as the Master of Balance
The energies of this channel are filled with light and a very high vibration. In fact, the gentleness and flow of the crystalline vibration is becoming even more apparent. From within your I AM presence, you are able to access other lifetimes, other experiences or other information. While in the All That Is, the Goddess assists you in greater perception of what this is. She gives each of us tools that will assist in our awareness, letting go and opening up. In this way, you have more specific ways in which you can practice opening your senses to increased perception.
Lastly, the Goddess continues to speak of the crystalline energies. More and more of these energies are coming into earth which is the ‘new energy' or the energies of the 4th dimension and higher. When in alignment with the crystalline vibration, you have a much greater response when you allow. Any time you attempt to force a situation, it creates greater barriers. When in the new energy, if you wish to manifest, the best way to do so is to align with what you seek to manifest and then allow it to move into your physical reality. There are immense potentials. Open to receive!
The Winter Solstice; Bringing in the Light
The winter solstice is always filled with amazing energies and this year they were especially strong. This channel gives you an opportunity to see and experience your life from the perspective of where you have been, where you are right now and where you would like to go in the future. During times such as the solstice and the equinox, when the veil is especially thin, you have an opportunity to create change.
The Goddess spoke of how the winter solstice is the shortest, darkest day of the year. During ancient times people sought to bring light into their lives; this was done through Abraham, Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the Wise Men and angels. Therefore, they were all very present throughout the channel.
If you go into the energies of the birth of Christ, were you there? If so, what do you perceive about your experience? Major events in history recur over and over allowing people to experience various different potential. Many of you have experienced the birth from these different aspects or potentials.
One thing that was evident to me as I experienced the channel was that the energy is shifting through the ages. Several years ago the Goddess took us on a similar journey to Bethlehem. I remember how heavy the energies were prior to the birth of Christ. This time, as we went back to that time, the energies were much lighter reflecting the change as a result of what we are doing now. Time truly is non linear. You can create changes throughout the ages.
You Are Family & the Energy Spa
The energy spa is an opportunity for you to nurture yourself. It occurs first in the All That Is, but then the energies will move down into you physical life. As she spoke, I had the perception of people getting a massage, of some people watching a ballgame, of others having a bubble bath and more. I could feel how people allowed themselves to relax in a deeper manner than they have in a long time. Once the relaxation occurred, there was a deeper integration of the new energies that moved through everyone from a cellular level outward.
Once this integration takes place, the Goddess speaks of movement in your life. She speaks of how time is always moving, always shifting, and that if one feels they are standing still or stuck in place there are ways to create movement in your life. By working with your hologram, you are working with multiple levels within and around you; therefore you see the affect in many different ways.

Releasing Judgment, Opening to Hope and Compassion
The Goddess also speaks of hope during this channel. When people have been struggling and when one feels as if there's no end in sight; hope is what gives them to the boost to keep going. There may be some of you who feel you are without hope in your life. If so, let the energies of this journey flow through you to assist in finding hope in your life. The Goddess also speaks of how we create in our sleep and in the All That Is. This is where you can find changes and potentials within your life. Lastly, she spoke of compassion. One could say that allowing compassion into your life, is allowing in hope. Compassion is so very loving, nurturing and sometimes it feels like you can wrap it around you like a cloak! But it is also one of the strongest means we have of shifting out of judgment and into self love.
Who Am I? Peel Away the Layers
The question ‘Who Am I' is one that comes up from time to time with the Goddess. People can often times get caught up in their lives and forget who they are at that core level within themselves. This channel will give you an opportunity to re-connect. Your biggest fan is your own divinity! Your daily life may not reflect this back to you, so open to the love, the consciousness, the acceptance of you on all levels which is affirmed with this journey.
The world is in transition on many levels right now. As the collective consciousness shifts into the 4th dimension, there are many emotions, beliefs and old patterns of experiences will be released. One thing we can all do as we move through this transition is to connect and support ourselves and each other.
Soul to soul, heart to heart, love to love, acceptance to acceptance; this is a potential put forth for all of humanity. - Goddess of Creation
These words will create and re-affirm our bond not only within ourselves but also with each other.
The Balance of Ego & Divinity
This is a channel that focuses on creating a greater balance within your life. You may think this balance is about finding time to fit everything in; but in truth it's a balance between your divinity and personality or ego. So many of us as we open to our greater divinity seek to become more divine and less earth bound, but for us to be able to continue live in our days, find what we are seeking to have in our lives; we are going to remain human! Working with the energies of this channel will give you the opportunity to have a more conscious relationship between you the human and you the divine. Through the Goddess, there is a new reverence or awareness of our human aspects of selves. This is not for the ego to be placed on a pedestal, but for the ego to expand to a greater degree to be able to align more fully with the divine.
There may be things within your lives that keep you from being able to fully appreciate your divine essence. One way to say this is that it ‘keeps you small' or keeps you ‘less' than who you can truly be. Therefore, blending with the energies of the journey gives you a greater sense of awareness, acceptance, power but most of all self love. I invite you to experience this for yourself.
Awareness of Your Levels of Vibration
This channel once again spoke to our vibrations. The more sensitive we become, the more aware we are of the energies that we emanate. Our vibration consists of aspects of which we are conscious and unconscious in addition to our beliefs and our thoughts. When we are busy with our daily life we may have a tendency to just move from one thing to the next; perhaps from our job to family to social experiences, to whatever else is going on. It's essential to take a look at what affects your thought process, your beliefs and all that comes into play with the vibration you emanate as you move through your days. Choosing to be in alignment with what feels good to you allows you to create lasting change in your life.
During this journey the Goddess assists each of us in becoming more aware of just what energy we do align with. Is it what we WANT or what we DON'T want or don't have? The universe is aware of vibration, so if your focus is what you don't have; that's perhaps one reason you still have not manifested it. This will help you to become very clear in what you do want and then shifting your vibration so that you are now in alignment with what you seek to have. There is such love! There is such warmth! For some you may recognize you are more in alignment that you realize; others may find it creates dramatic changes.
Animal Totems & the Equinox
This journey occurred during the fall/ spring equinox. We as a planet continue to move more and more into the 4th dimension. Most especially around the equinox and the solstices the energies are intense. You may use this intensity to assist you creating changes you are seeking to manifest. Whenever possible, release struggle and resistance; open to the flow and allow yourself to move through the experiences of your life with ease.
Choosing Life, Choosing Your Reactions
During the teleconference of August 27, 2008 the Goddess showed us the various levels or dimensions that separate our earth from the new earth. In this teleconference, as we moved through the magnetic grid into the crystalline we went immediately into those dimensions. It's as if we can now perceive more of the subtle nuances of the crystalline grid. Or as if it is a gate into greater definition.
I hope you will be a conscious creator in your life. I hope as you choose how you perceive your life or various situations that it assists you in finding joy, peace, love, contentment in your life!
The New Earth: Blending with the Crystalline Energy
Towards the end of the channel Lady Gaia came in to assist you in grounding your new energies. But she was also there to remind you she can be of assistance in your daily life. She can assist you in being fully present in your life. How lovely to consider your daily life through the eyes of Gaia, filled with love, compassion and acceptance. I hope you enjoy this journey and it opens some new doors for you.
Bringing In New Energy Consciousness
Deeper Awareness & Acceptance of Yourself
As you consider your life; where you are right now and where you want to go-- it's essential to release emotions such as regret, shame, disappointment, etc. As you release these energies, you can see/ sense how your vibration shifts immediately. For the time of this channel, it's a glorious experience to feel that complete bliss and balance. You CAN create a balance within you and you can have it in your life.
Lastly, are you truly open to accept this as your reality? Is there anything at all that keeps you from manifesting this within your life? Open to the flow of acceptance. Accept you as the creator of your life. Accept all of your divinity and who you are~~~
Fall In Love -- With You!
How long has it been since you fell in love? Who was the person? Most often it is someone outside of yourself; a partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, new baby. How about the possibility of having all those feelings of excitement, joy, love - this time for yourself! As you experience this journey you will connect within yourself at the deepest aspect of self love. That love will assist you in releasing judgment, harsh feelings, bitterness; anything that keeps you from feeling complete love and acceptance. Once you have connected to this feeling from within your own divinity you are able to discern how expanded your consciousness is.
This will also assist you in recognizing when something you feel is truly yours or not. How often do you find yourself feeling depressed, angry, frustrated, bitter for no apparent reason? Have you considered the possibility you are linking with the collective consciousness (CC)? This may be the CC of the world or that of your community. Within this space there is a greater ease in disconnecting from anything which is not your own.
Lastly, when Lady Comes forth from within the hologram she talks with us about the shifting consciousness taking place. She speaks of how we the humans are expanding so far that we now hold/ flow/ maintain much of the energies of the earth in the way that she has always done so. This is all part of the evolution the earth and we as humans are experiencing.
