Creating From and Becoming the Energy of Love

Nama Sika, Venia Benya; I AM the one, I AM the whole.

I greet you my beloved family! As always I cherish this time to come and be in community and in connection with each one of you. You are each here for the purpose of your own personal expansion and growth. You are each here in this space of allowing your divinity to come more fully within yourselves. As you do this and as you take in this energy and love within you, you are growing and expanding; as a result, all who are around you are also growing and expanding. So be aware that all that you do is having an effect on yourself, your family members, and the world upon which you live. Feel the energy of connection and allow yourself to truly feel where you are within this physical space. Becoming very present in this moment, becoming very present and feeling who you are allows you to ground and hold this space more securely.

As you are ready to do so, have a sense of releasing your consciousness, that you may shift and allow yourself to connect with the energy of the magnetic grid. Upon these journeys, you connect with this space as a means of allowing yourself to differentiate between what is pure consciousness and what is physical to you. As you are moving into this space, connecting with these interlocking pathways, you may have a sense of receiving or sending impulses.

As you are ready to do so, allow yourself to perceive the interlocking grid work which assists you in moving from the magnetic into the crystalline grid. This is the space in which you release the magnetic pull of the earth, you release the denseness of the earth and you become pure crystalline energy. Your consciousness is who you are. As you blend in this space, you find yourself aligning with this energy, and you find yourself expanding even further.

From here, call forth the column of light. This column will assist you in shifting and moving. As you move into the column or connect with it, you find yourself shifting awareness. You may have a sense of moving upward, outward, inward; time and space can have many different perceptions. As you emerge from this column, you find yourself expanding even further. It is as if your consciousness is pure energy and it is completely without restriction. You are in the space of the soul plane. You are in the space where the greater amount of your divinity resides; call it forth at this time. You may see or sense it as outside of yourself or you may perceive that it moves up from within you. Allow yourself to blend fully with your I AM presence. This is who you are in all of your divinity.

From within this space you are able to perceive the subtle differences that are available to you. Take a moment to blend more fully or have a sense of going into your divinity. You have oftentimes done this while in the higher planes than even the soul plane, but by doing it here at this time within your journey, you are expanding your energies and allowing for a greater perception to be within this space. Appreciate and honor all of who you are! Feel the love, the warmth, and the acceptance.

I now make my presence known as I move amongst you. I feel such love well up within me! As I connect with each one of you, you may perceive that you expand even further. Have a sense of taking in my energy and allow me to assist you in shifting and moving into the space of the All That Is. You may have a sense of perceiving the subtle shift in vibration. You may have a sense of feeling yourself floating free. You are pure energy. This is who you are in your core essence.

We have worked with many different tools in the past to assist you with shifting and evolving as you move along your pathway. Many of these tools you use for a short period of time and then you no longer need them. Some you may choose to use in conjunction with others. From within this space of pure energy I wish for you to tap into the essence of love. Anmala alluia I AM the expression of love. You are able to perceive the ways in which your energy or consciousness shifts and vibrates as you are focusing upon that word. You are an energy that is pure love!

Just as we created energy from within your consciousness the last time that we connected, I ask you to do this again. Each time you move into this space and work with this energy, you are teaching yourself and creating that which you can tap into from the earth plane. So have a sense of creating a ball of light or energy that comes up from within you and is infused with the word love or the energy of love. As you are blending with this, as if the vibration of your soul is vibrating a rhythm of love, this energy begins to shift and move. You may play with it through your intention. We have a sense of seeing some of you create a heart; it may then be painted red and pulsate as is illustrated upon the earth so often to represented love. You may also have a sense of seeing this energy take on the color that is the essence of who you are; each of you in your soul's essence vibrate to a color. Each of these colors may be very different from one another, allow this energy of love for to take on the color that represents you!

Continue to create with intention. I ask all of you to have a sense of sending forth or placing the intention of acceptance, of purity, or whatever it is that love means to you; place the energy of that within. I call this a ball of energy, but it may be a ball, it may be long, it may not even be round; it is simply energy in its purest form. Have a sense now of expanding the energy. You may have a sense of pulling it in different directions. Allow this energy to connect with the energy of the universe that is aligned with this vibration of love. Perceive what this means to you.

This energy was created from within you, within your soul's essence. You then infused it with intention, with the energies of love, acceptance, or whatever it may be that came to you. It then moved into the alignment of the universe that it may take on the energy of the universe which is in alignment with love. Now have a sense of seeing yourself or your consciousness go into that which you created. As you do so, you may have a sense of feeling yourself expand in a multitude of different directions. And yet, throughout every particle of this expansion, it is you! You are now taking on this refined energy and you are now aligning yourself with what this is to you. As you connect and play with these energies, as you create, you are actually creating from within your soul's essence and yet you are connecting with and aligning with the energy of the universe. That in turn is then taken back within you to allow you to in a very subtle way align with the universe.

I ask you now to have a sense of shifting your awareness into the space of the immense crystals. These are the crystals that worked with Atlantis, Lemuria; the ones that were upon the earth reflected out towards these within the universe. You may have a sense of a grouping that came together, or you may have a sense of perceiving one as an individual. From within this new perception of yourself, move forward and blend. You may have a sense of moving into one single crystal or you may have a sense of entering the circle of crystals and feel yourself expand until you become a part of every aspect that is within. These crystals have been holding the energies of the universe and the earth for thousands of years. These crystals have been cleansed as a result of the energy of the energy that you are bringing into them. You are assisting in this shift.

The energies of the earth are becoming much more crystalline. Therefore your time spent within this space allows your soul's consciousness, allows your full consciousness of who you are to connect and blend so that you may more fully integrate within yourself. Take this moment to perceive who you are upon the earth. Take this moment to perceive your life and what may be occurring within your life at this time. You have made the choices and your journey brought you to where you are right now. Allow yourself this higher perception of what is happening. If the time is right, release and let go of anything which no longer works for you. So many of you have had the physical symptoms, allow this alignment with these crystals to purify all aspects of your consciousness, knowing that you will fully integrate this back within your physical body. Working even with this essence of yourself as pure energy, is having an effect on your physical.

You may also have a sense of perceiving various aspects of other lifetimes. Perhaps there is something within them that is coming forth for you to release. So many of you upon this journey of life at this time are releasing for many different lifetimes not only your current life. Therefore, allow who you are within this space to fully permeate every existence that you may have had. You can change what you would consider to be in the past because it not (in the past) it is happening as we speak. You can open and allow for this shift to move throughout all aspects of who you are.

Become aware of a message that may be here for you. Open your heart and feel. It may come to you as a download; it may come to you as a message or a feeling. Simply be within this space.

As you are ready to do so, have a sense of separating or releasing this connection that you have with the crystals. You are always in alignment with this energy, even when you release this direct connection. You may still tap into these energies at any moment. As you are in this space of pure energy, you find that you can shift your awareness through intention. Throughout intention allow yourself to perhaps go to or experience a specific star or planet. You may then have a sense of aligning your energies with what ever you connect with, that you may perceive; be it information, experience, or reconnection. As you are aligning you find that you can shift and move more fully.

I ask you now to come back within the space of the All That Is. This is the space of connection with one another, a space of expansion, and a vibrational energy that is more easily in alignment with who you are and these energies of light that you work with. As you come within this space, open your awareness to perceive all the guides and energies who are here for you; those from the Order of the Arc, the Ascended Masters, the Ray Lords. We say their names that it may make them more visible or you are able to perceive them more easily. There is always quite a group that comes together to be in this space. Although these guides and energies are here in support of you, as a resource to you; you realize that when you are in this space everyone's vibration is of a very similar manner, so no one person's vibration is higher or lower. It is simply pure love.

See or sense yourself as the radiance that is you. You are each filled with a multitude of colors, you sparkle, and you vibrate! As you greet one another, you form a connection that allows you a greater communication. Some of these energies you have known and worked with for a very long time, others are new to you. If you feel the subtle shifts in your vibration, if you have a sense that you are not fully connecting with an energy you are seeking, put forth the intention that you will both aligned in such way that you may connect with each other.

Open to allow your love to flow through this group. As everyone is doing this, it creates a ball of light with many different colors, vibrations, and sparkles. You as a group seem to have a sense of pulling back and expanding that allows for this energy form to be created within the center. This is an aspect of you as you are blending and aligning with everyone else who has come together at this time. It also includes all who may connect at a later time or if you choose to come back at another time. It matters not, for these energies are always here.

We call forth the hologram of the earth. It may be is if it comes up from below, but it has a sense of moving into and blending with that ball of energy that you created. As it does so, that energy then becomes a part of the earth. Feel or perceive how the hologram shifts and changes. It is as if it is taking on the radiance of each one of you as you are in your crystalline light. This hologram begins to rotate or spin. You realize that as it is doing so, it is allowing each of you to perceive or connect with a different part of the earth and what you normally do. Therefore, allow yourself to feel as if you are going into this hologram of the earth if you so desire.

For those of you who came inside, perceive this energy, feel Lady Gaia as she is all around you. Perceive how much is living, moving, and shifting within the earth. Look out so that you may perceive what it is like to look out from within the earth just as Lady Gaia is always doing. Again, through this experience you have created a connection from within the earth's vibration. This will assist you in being even more attuned or aligned with the earth as you walk through your days.

You need to have a sense of releasing the earth from your full consciousness. Again perceive yourself as outside, it is as if there is laughter and a joy that bubbles up from with in this group. And you feel it all within you. As the time is right, this hologram begins to shift and move as if through the column of light, or perhaps it creates its own vortex, but it moves down into the earth. This hologram as it is connecting with the magnetic grid, moves around the earth. It is assisting in the shift of the magnetics; it will then go further into the earth. This is an aspect that assists you. You sense yourself as connecting up with the interior of the earth is you so desire. It is a means of aligning you with the energies of the earth as you are creating and shifting energies around you.

Allow your perceptions to now come back within this group. You may see or sense that there is a shift in the energies as a result of working with the earth. Allow yourself to open even further. Create a ball within this group of people or energies again. Allow this ball of light to be filled with the shifts that occurred to you at this time. As you are ready to do so, shift your awareness out towards the Omniverse. You may have a sense of perceiving this as looking through a window or doorway. You may have a sense of seeing yourself as standing on a precipice, howsoever it comes to you, know and understand that you are sending forth this ball of energy into the universe that it will assist the Universe and Omniverse in shifting and aligning with these energies. You can feel what this is to you.

Release this space of the All That Is. Allow your energy to shift once more into the space of the soul plane. Allow your consciousness to be fully within this space. Be fully within who you are. You feel the expansion that takes place as a result of your expansion from this journey. As we spoke earlier of aligning with the energies of the star or planet, find yourself aligning with this energy of the soul plane. Or perhaps it is that the soul plane energies are aligning with you. It is a mutual experience.

Create a hologram that represents your physical body. See it as who you are when you walk through your days. Allow yourself through your intention, to release any aspect of energy that may be blocked within your physical body. Release anything that you have occurring within you that no longer serves you. As you blend fully your consciousness with this hologram, you may feel as if your consciousness fully returns within your physical body. Your physical body has been holding this space allowing you to expand. While through your physical, through your expansion of your consciousness, you have been in the higher realms so to speak; so too has your physical body been processing these energies and assisting you to process that greater awareness. This is why you will sometimes have the physical disturbances. But we put forth the intention that you release any of these, what you would consider pain or discomfort, that you allow your physical body to fully incorporate this expanded divinity which is you.

If you feel you need to do so, have a sense of shifting through the column of light. You may be fully present in your physical body and you can send your consciousness into the crystalline grid. Observe the way you are so attuned to these crystals. These crystals conduct the energy from the crystals you worked with in the higher realms. Therefore, you feel the deep connection to them.

As you are ready to do so, shift your awareness into the energy of the magnetic grid. This will again bring you more fully back within the gravitational pull of the earth. It will bring you within the space that you will be using for shifting energy. As you move into greater amounts of telepathic awareness, you will do so through alignment with this grid. So open to become more conscious of what is here for you. As you are ready to do so, bring your physical and your consciousness more fully back and integrated within each other. Allow the energy field around your physical body to expand to accommodate all of who you are. It is here, it is a part of you, and it is simply you! Allow yourself to take in this knowledge. Question: <paraphrased> Recently I was told that Frances Bacon and St. Germain were the same, and I have always felt a deep connection to both of them. Can you tell me what my connection is to them?

Answer: Hello, I greet you. St. Germain has been a part of your journey for many many different lifetimes. He was indeed very much present within the journey tonight and you worked hand-in-hand with him as were a whole group of people. But we sense that you felt that deeper connection with him tonight. His energies have been very much a part of the earth plane over the last probably 1000 years or so becoming stronger and stronger. Just as so many others are also becoming stronger upon the earth. St. Germain had a number of different life experiences in which he walked the physical plane. At the time in which he was Francis Bacon, you were actually a part of the group of people working with and around him at that time. Now many different people will move in and out of physical experiences; they had an experience with an individual and then came away from that occurrence without living the entire life with the individual. It is difficult to perceive if you indeed have a full lifetime around him. Our sense is that you were a part of the religious order and you were working in support of him; that is why that particular connection comes to you in your memory banks so to speak. It is also the energy of St. Germain, the energy of transformation which you chose to come in and worked so closely with in this lifetime. Indeed, you are transforming and shifting many things within your body, within your life, within your soul's experience. So we encourage you to strengthen this connection through your meditation, your prayers, that you may receive a more deeply perceived connection to St. Germain because indeed he is fully around you as you are fully around him when you are working with him. Does that make sense to you? <Will St. Germain materialize in front of me that I may see him?> He has the ability to move in and out of the physical and sometimes he does this just for the fun of it. He has a delightful sense of humor, as you are well aware. Also, he is telling me that he wishes for you to strengthen your own perceptions and for him to appear in the physical is for him to be doing what you need to be doing. It's as if he's saying rather than him coming to you in the physical, he wishes for you to open and perceive him and recognize him in the non physical so that that will strengthen that aspect of yourself which is opening up and creating a greater bond with him. So for him to come and materialize, is not what is in your best interest at this time. Perhaps at some point in the future that will occur, but we don't have a sense that it will happen in the near future. It is more important for you to open up your awareness and create the deeper connection. <I am also wondering if I am a part of the Crimson Council (this is referenced to www.crimsoncircle.com) > All of Shaumbra are a part of the council. Anyone who is of the vibration of shaumbra, the order of the Arc, they are all in one way or another affiliated with these energies. There are times in which some individuals move and are very highly and fully blended with it, they may then shift and move out until they are not as fully blended, we don't wish to say blended because once you are in these energies and take them in, they are always a part of you. But it's as if your consciousness may become more fully a part of it, then your consciousness may take a step back. That does not mean you are no longer a part of this council or energy, but if you are speaking of say for instance an inner council or a more specific aspect of it, indeed it is as if that shifts and changes. There may be a certain number who are the core and never shift and move from that, but your energy may move into it blend and then step away depending on where you are within your life. Yes indeed, you are working with him. You are welcome.



Question: <paraphrased> I have been trying for so long truly release and let go of what?s been holding me back. I keep feeling as if no matter what I do, I can?t get beyond these issues I?ve had for most of my life. Do you have any insights?

Answer: The journey you were on tonight cleared those issues for you. It is your remaining attachment to the fact that you have had some core issues to come up and be resolved that holds you in the space of thinking "Oh gee, I have some issues that I need to let go of?. Indeed, when you were in that space of pure energy, when you were aligned with those very high vibrations within your life and sending it through your life it cleansed and released all that you have been working with. Some of this is important for you to acknowledge a specific aspect, or a specific part of what you have been working on, but the vast majority you don?t even need to know what the specific issue is that you are letting go of; so if you will open up. You did the clearing and cleansing from a very spiritual and energetic level. It did have an impact on your physical body and your physical life. Then as you moved into the space of the soul plane, you blended more fully your consciousness with your physical body that allowed you to more fully integrate into the physical everything that you were doing from the energetic level. Again, as we look at you we do not perceive that there is anything left to be resolved. We take that back, our sense is that there was one aspect within your heart or your abdominal area around the heart center, that is more a matter of resistance to letting go or resistance to the belief that all it takes is a journey such as this and then it will be over and done with. It is that old belief that if you do ?A? it allows for ?B? to happen, if you do ?B? it allows for ?C? to happen. As if you have to go step by step through a process. That is no longer going to be necessary. When an individual is in the space of a acknowledging be it issues that are emotional within their life, be it physical manifestations, no matter what it is, be it relationships, if they have the intention and pure consciousness to truly release and let go, then you may let go and is done, it is resolved. Our sense with you is that that is what was done tonight except for this one small aspect which is your personality side, or your ego aspect which is not quite convinced that this has occurred. So allow yourself to love this aspect of you. Allow yourself to work with it to more fully integrate so that it too can feel all that you have done upon this journey tonight. Question: <paraphrased> I have fibromyalgia and have for many years. I?m constantly in pain and keep wondering if this will ever resolve and go away. Is there anything you can do to assist with this?

Answer: Fibromyalgia is something which has affected a great many people upon the earth. It is something that has occurred for a very long time, but has not always had a specific name that was given to it. What is occurring to people who have fibromyalgia is that there is a separation within themselves. There is a separation from who they are physically, from who they are spiritually and is often times a result of judgment. Usually what they have done within their lives, what is happening within the physical body; what goes along with the judgment is a lack of acceptance of who they are. Perhaps there were choices you made when you were younger and rather than accepting that oops that might not have been in my best interest, but it was what I did. Then moving forward, you take on the energy that allows it to build up as guilt within your life or the perception of guilt. So these types of experiences in a person's life create a separation within them that separates their physical or earth bound essence from their spiritual or divinity of themselves. What you have been doing then upon this journey is going inside and asking why am I having so much pain, why do I feel this, what is going on and that is what opened you up to allow for this integration to begin to happen. As we look at you now we see that you have come very far upon this pathway and you are doing a great deal too fully integrate all aspects of your life. There are still issues around acceptance and loving yourself that can assist you in completing this manifestation or this blending together so that those physical pains that you are feeling can be released. You no longer need that physical reminder that you are physical and upon the earth. You can be fully blended in who you are in your physical essence, within your divinity, with your emotional and with your mental bodies. All of these blended as one will create who you are and that is a dynamic and spirit filled individual who is without pain and suffering that you have had. Does that resonate with you? <the person said yes> We thank you for asking because you are by no means alone with this. There will be many other individuals who when they read this will begin to have that switch flipped inside of themselves. So much of these journeys are about loving who you are no matter what has occurred. Accepting who you are no matter what has occurred. When you do so, that is when you are walking and living your divinity. Excuse me? <she asked for further clarity> That is the process that you are moving through. You are welcome beloved and thank you for asking.



Question: <paraphrased> I heard what you said to the person before me, I too have the fibromyalgia. I have been seeking answers, reading, taking class's, learning to meditate, and with all of this I still don't know what I feel. I don't know how to begin to truly get through and begin to let go. Where do I begin to really make some changes?

Answer: (When the Goddess spoke this response to this person, the emotion was soooo intense and filled with love!! I hope that comes through as you read this.) First and foremost beloved, allow me to come through and surround you with my loving arms. As I am surrounding you with this love, allow yourself to open and feel the acceptance that I have for you. I am the Goddess of Creation. I am the Goddess as holding the divinity of God and the All That Is. AND I LOVE AND CHERISH YOU for who you are! I can feel your emotions welling up, allow them to be released. It is no longer necessary for you to hold on to this. It is time for you to let it go, it is time for you to simply BE the love that you are! Because, I see you as a divine and spiritual individual. I see you as someone who is filled with radiance and love and that is how I would love for you to be able to perceive yourself. Allow us the other Angels and guides who were here with you and have been working with you; you have never been alone; they have been here with you as assistance. Allow them to now come more fully into your presence. You have created such a shell around yourself that you would not let others in, nor would you let yourself out, so to speak. What has occurred just now as we have all been??. and the love and support of this entire group, has assisted in creating cracks within this shell that will allow you to let it go. You will begin to feel. You are disassociated within yourself and as you begin to feel once more, you may have a sense of feeling an overwhelming pain and sorrow. But as that comes to you, call in St. Germain, call in Archangel Michael and Ariel, and call in these guides who are around you all the time. St. Germain in particular is so good with assisting in transforming, let his energies just blend with you. You need not live through and experience those things again. Let them be transformed by opening and connecting with these other energies. You can do this! You can begin to open up to the acceptance and the love and the forgiveness that is yours. As you spoke, you know these answers are within yourself. As you can begin to open up to this love and acceptance, you will begin to forgive yourself; you have to forgive yourself before you can forgive others. Until you are connected within yourself and you consider yourself worthy of your own forgiveness, you don't have the abundance within you to give forgiveness to others. Does that make sense? <she acknowledged yes> Alright Beloved you are welcome. Allow yourself when you get off the phone from this to know that they (the guides) are still with you, that they are still surrounding you, filling you with this energy, so let go of that shall! You do not need it anymore. You are protected, you are loved. It is not necessary for you to hold other people out any more and yourself in. Alright Beloved we are with you and we love you!



Question: <paraphrased> Wow Goddess! I can only say wow! As you gave that he leaned towards the other person and as I listened to those words directed towards her I felt everything within me. I felt as if that healing was for me as much as it was for her! The depth and the love makes me feel such an amazing peace and I thank you for that.

Answer: And I thank you beloved! Indeed, anyone who has been a part of this group and a part of what we did for her, indeed we did it for everybody. I thank you for acknowledging that. Again, this is a wonderful example of how each one of you is so connected to the other. How each one of you can feel the pain or the joy and it is important for you to allow yourself to feel this connection. Of course, you can connect and share what you are feeling with others too. You may do so more and more and be in the moment of feeling and expressing this. You need not take on what she is letting go of, you recognize this and you realize you are not; I say this for anybody else. You need not take on the energy; you simply feel a greater depth of who you are by connecting and empathizing, or being in the space of these other energies. We feel as if we have spoken in a circle about that, but indeed beloved we thank you again for your acknowledgment.



Question: <paraphrased> I keep feeling as if there is something I?m missing. I feel as if perhaps I?m running from something, not wanting to face it. Do you have any ideas?

Answer: We don't have a sense of you running from anything. The only thing we have a sense to say to you at this point and indeed this is what every human upon the earth as you walk through your physical days may sometimes get caught up again; the trials and tribulations so to speak or the trauma and drama that is your daily life. Rather than remaining in your divinity or remaining in your space of oneness or separateness, you can get pulled into what may be going on around you. So if there is a sense of running from, it's running from the full blending with your own divinity. This is what comes through as a perception to us at this time but it is not anything that when we connect to you would've come to us until you ask what your running from. So we sense that there is not anything in particular, especially anything that is large or that you might be denying within yourself. The only thing that we have to say this to perhaps blend more fully; you do this through your breathing. If you have a sense ?oh am I running from something?? then perhaps just breathe in the love of your soul. Breathe in the love of your divinity. You will then be in that space of oneness. Perhaps you will then feel that release. Alright Beloved. <the person was speaking further> What everyone is doing and what I am encouraging each one of you to do on these journeys when working so directly with these energies, is to realize how you can expand your consciousness, shift into these planes where it is very easy to work with this energy, to create the energy align it, and put it forth with intention. Tonight as you connected with the crystals that are of that very high vibration, you know how you can use them as a tool to assist yourself. So if you will be in this space perhaps in meditation where you expand your consciousness, you move into that energy; you don?t need to do it as long or with all the side journeys that we took tonight. Simply go into that space of creating the energy of a perfect balance within your life; of perfect balance in your physical body that all your organs are working in harmony with each other. Release any physical pains, physical ailments, and integrate that fully into who you are in your physical presence. Have a sense of pulling it into you, blending, aligning and becoming that space or that energy. Then you will feel a greater transition within your physical body. It's as if you are taking everything that we have done and taking it more fully into your physical plane. For some as you are practicing with this, you may have a sense of doing it more than one time. Do with as many times as you feel called to do so. Alright Beloved, thank you. Is there anybody else?



Question: <paraphrased> I have been opening and expanding for so very long. I?ve enjoyed each phase and I?m now well aware of all the energies around me. I am trying to channel, either through writing or verbally, but I don?t seem to be able to do it. Do you have a sense for me? Of what I need to do?

Answer: We applaud you for acknowledging the many ways that they had been around you and working for you. That is the first step; that opening up to the perception that your guides and energies are around you. The acknowledgement that you can feel them when they are there. It's showing us quite directly right now, well actually Archangels Michael and Rafael are both here and telling us that they have been working with you in different aspects of your life.
