Expanding Consciousness (1:00PM)
What exactly is consciousness? Why would I want to expand it? I think there are those who know exactly what this is to them; then there are many more that don't really know or understand. We will talk about what makes up your consciousness; both the conscious and unconscious aspects. This will assist you in increasing your perceptions of what's around you; both physical and non-physical.
We will also talk about energy. Everything is made up of energy so the more you work with it, the greater your understanding of how you can use energy to assist you in your daily life. We are all energy shifters! This is another way of considering how you might make changes in your life.
As you are opening to greater potential within yourself you are opening to greater potential in your life.
This is an experience that will assist you in becoming more familiar with who you are, how you think, how you vibrate, and how your thoughts create your reality.
There will be open discussion, breathing exercises and channeling during the class. While I have a prepared format, each class becomes unique the group attending. Those who have taken the class is past have all experiences shifts in their perceptions and understanding.
