Hi Shelly! How beautiful it is!! And just where is this little piece of heaven? You know I have a fondness for the mountains, I think my heart is there every day. I just love the energies that come out to play each and every time I bring out the camera!

1. So close by!!
Hi Kristen! This is so close by you wouldn't believe it!! It's also a glorious trail, only about 1.5 miles if you go all the way to the falls, I stop at my cascades. But for your kids, they'd easily handle it. There's also a wooden bridge over the water. It's about 10 or so minutes north east of Helen. On Lake Burton there's a fish hatchery and a campsite. Across from that is a dirt road, it's down the dirt road! The rolling hills was taken from the Richard Russel Hwy. Is that the name? Right now I'm not sure. It's off the Alternate route that bypasses Helen. See? An easy drive!
