What's your animal totem?

During the Goddess teleconference on September 21st, we worked with the energies of the equinox to assist in creating connections to animals.  I know I've heard how we are moving away from animal's totems as we open to deeper connections within ourselves.  But with this teleconference, I came to the awareness that the animals are also evolving, just as we are.  SO this actually ended up being quite fun!  I'm sure there are many books and websites out there that will give you insights about what the various animals mean, as totems.  One of my favorites is ‘Animal-Speak' by Ted Andrews.

When I first began channeling her, I split my consciousness in such a way I had my experience in addition to her speaking through me.  Now when I'm channeling for the teleconference, the energies of the Goddess come into me and I'm only minimally aware of my own journey as a part of the experience.  What did come to my awareness was I kept seeing a moose.  I thought this was kind of different as usually my totems are the eagle, wolf and dolphin.  But I kept seeing this moose and looking in his eyes!  When I looked up what the moose represents in Animal-Speak, it is ‘an invitation to learn to explore new depths of awareness and sensitivity within yourself and within your environs.'  I keep feeling as if I could step more fully into potentials.  It has not felt like the right time......

During the channel I could see through the Goddess' eyes a connection to certain animals.  In particular the large cats, like wildcats, cougars, lions, etc.   I sense that many of the animals will be assisting us as we open to telepathy.  They are already so GOOD at that!  If you have or have had a pet, consider how they just look at you and you know what they want!  I know my dog could do that to me all the time~~~

Do you have pets in your life?  Have you noticed a shift in awareness?  What are your totems?  I'd love to hear from you.

Much love,

Shelly

1. Bee Swarm Blessing
I was listening to a guided meditation on my back lawn, lying down with my eyes closed. I started hearing a noise, at first I thought maybe it was a huge truck passing, but after a while it got louder and louder until eventually I had to open my eyes to check. I was shocked to find a big swarm of bees all around me! There were hundreds or maybe thousands of them, all buzzing at full force and creating an amazingly loud noise. I was scared although I immediately realised they were there as a blessing and that the vibration of their buzzing was helping me somehow. So I lay still and trusted that this was a good thing. After a couple of minutes, they all left together. A couple of days later I was listening to another channelled meditation and it spoke about the honey bees and the role they play here. Thank you Bees! I really love and appreciate bees and the exquisite honey they so delightfully produce. Melanie, Perth, Western Australia

2. totems
It has been amazingly wonderful at my home with wild animals bringing me divine spirit communication. It started about a month ago, I had my everyday communication. Dragonflies following me with butterflies while I walk my favorite path by the river and mountain. A snake on the path to say yo, a falcon that meets me as I start on my walk. But then about 2 months ago I had just started jothi transmission. The 1st week in a single white dove came and sat on my shed roof, hanging out as i sat and drank my coffee, eating food I put out for him. This went on everyday for hrs for about 3 weeks. Then as fast as he came he left. I could not be sad for to long. Because the week after he had left a Red Hawk decided to spend sometime. Sitting on the wire outside my house. The lowest telephone wire so I could see him. Sitting for at least hr. Watching me watch him. Also niether one of them left when my husband or son came out to join me. My latest is a ferral kitten. I was reading the Return of Merlin. I looked up from the book and there he was. Pointed ears with whiskers coming out. he looks like he is wearing a wizards hat. Merlin comes eveyday and sits on my lap. It has been awesome.
