The Summer/ Winter Solstice

Here we are at the Summer/ Winter Solstice!!  Where are you in your life?  The energies have been particularly intense.... I know the Goddess has mentioned this, but I've also heard it from other sources.  In the Goddess channel from June 15^th when we get to the part of working with the energies of hologram, not only does she bring in a hologram of the earth, but also of the universe!  I'm not an astrologer, so I can't tell you the specifics of what's going on in the Universe, but I do believe it's amplifying what is happening here with all of us.  The intention of working with both holograms was to create alignment with greater balance throughout.

So just how are these energies affecting you???  For me, it's been sleep, sleep and more sleep!  I'm someone who can go along on 5 or 6 hours of sleep at night, with perhaps one day a week sleeping more.  I also am a huge believer in power naps.  I can lie down for 15 to 20 minutes and feel completely refreshed.  Well, this week, my power naps have been several hours and at night it's 7-8!!  This makes it a challenge to get things done. 

I am going to post my channel from when I visited NYC.  It's different than the Goddess channels and I wanted you to be able to hear what a group channel is like.  When I was recording, it was difficult to hear the people who were attending as they asked questions.  Therefore, I'm probably going to insert a clip which is me speaking the question.  It was a great trip and I was thrilled to meet in person some of the people I've only spoken to.
