Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Valentine's Day usually is one of those days I tend to just disregard.  I've been single for a long time, so some years I loved it; other years not so much.  This is a different year!  For whatever reason, I'm just really excited about the day and the energy.  Tomorrow night is the Goddess teleconference and I'm sure she'll address this.

With the increase in the crystalline vibration within and throughout the earth there is greater access to heart centered emotions and energies.  I know with the people I work with there seems to be an easier transition as they release old energies.  I know for myself I'm way more in the flow of energy and light than ever before.  Plus, if I find myself outside of the flow or in resistance, it's easier to get back into alignment. 

I put forth a challenge for you..... can you link with or feel even a moment of unconditional love?  If you feel it easily, allow it to expand fuller and fuller until you have the flow of love moving through you and all around with a greater and greater depth.   

If it's a challenge to feel the energies, close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply into your heart center and as you do so, consciously open your heart.  As you open your heart center the flow of love automatically increases.  If you normally don't ‘feel' I invite you to choose to allow the flow of love.  If you ask--- it's always there!  Actually it's always there whether you ask or not!! 

So breathe deeply the essence of divine love.  Breathe deeply your own connection to self.  Breathe deeply and feel all the way down to your toes--- the essence of love on Valentine's Day or any day you read this.
