When I woke up the next morning, my chest hurt! You know how it is when you've been working really hard or doing a work out at the gym and your chest and upper arms are just physically sore. That's how I felt!! But I had NOT been to the gym. I'm positive it was the channel. I felt much more integrated then over the next few days.
I since then have been having heart palpitations. Sometimes they are quite concerning, other times no big deal. But I am always aware of them. I feel this is all still integrating what is happening within me.
The channel on April 19th was unique also. It felt as she was speaking through me as if we were staying somewhat more grounded. I never know exactly what to expect, but was unique in that she did a great deal before we even expanded consciousness. Next, the channel was only about 45 mins as apposed the normal 60 mins. I thought again, hmmm, what's up with this?
During the last Q&A there was a really loud thunder that startled me, pushed me out of channel. So I finished. We will talk afterwards and during that time I could hear the rain starting. Well, there was this explosive lightening and thunder that actually made me yelp! So I got off the phone.
Five minutes later a tornado came through! My neighborhood is huddled up close to a small mountain. For that reason plus my energy work, I always feel protected. I did hear the noise like a freight train that is often times associated with a tornado. I found out later it touched down across the main street from my neighborhood and about 1-2 blocks away.
Pretty interesting huh? Is there a meaning? Who can say. I just keep feeling huge shifts in energy; the opening of my heart center, the very physical channel this time, then the physical clearing of my space.
Anyone else experiencing stuff like this?
